Everything was convenient and great with the appointment scheduling and check in. However, the draw itself was very very painful. I’ve had a lot of blood draws lately as doctors try to figure out various concerns and of course through the years with routine care and blood donations. This was the worst blood draw experience of my life. The guy was truly incompetent. After an agonizing draw I now have weird numbness / tingles in my forearm. Hoping they will go away with time but will probably go see my primary care doctor to be sure there’s nothing I might accidentally do to worsen the damage. Was fine before the painful draw. Stay away, or at least don’t let the guy do the blood draw. Hopefully there’s only one guy working there…I did not get his name and couldn’t post it in public anyhow. It was a guy and a gal when I was there. Super surprised he’s still working in this field honestly.

I've had pretty good experiences here. They are always upfront about the out of pocket. Only once has an appointment I made been lost or mixed up. The staff is very nice and attentive.

Both people who work here are amazing! They are friendly and super nice. I got in both times through their self check in system and they took walk ins. I had a great experience both times I've been here and the office is very tidy/clean too. Thank you LabCorp!

Great, lab now closes at 4 and isn't open on weekends at all. I left work early so I could get my blood drawn only to find the door locked and lights out at 3:50.Spokane used to have a lab service that accommodated working adults and now we need one again.

The LabCorp process was easy and I got my blood draw for pregnancy test. Jody was a sweet lady, was able to do it in one try and normally lab technician have to do it two or three time before they can get it right. I was at urgent care the day before they wouldn't do a blood work because the urine test was negative, even though my period is two weeks late with pregnancy symptoms.

The lab tech was fine. I was really disappointed in the (in-)accessibility of the office for people with disabilities. It seems like a medical office of all places should be ADA compliant. There is no human admin; you check in for your test on a tiny screen in the corner of a cramped waiting room. It was/would be difficult for anyone in a wheelchair or with low vision.

Great experience! I was able to make an appt online the day before, and then checked in on a tablet in the waiting room. I was called back a bit early, and Carl was super friendly and obviously a total pro! The office is clean and easy to find. Would recommend

Found it is best to make advanced appointment. Easy check-in. I drive buy location earlier than my appointment, if parking lot isn't full, I can usually get in as walk in before appointment. Staff is always friendly, efficient and personable.

I had an embarrassing experience. I was treated like I was stupid. I was watched over like a hawk even when I was washing my hands. I was told to urinate as quick as possible. She acted weird when I came out of the restroom. She never told me that I had to hand my urine to her instead of leaving it on the counter. I couldn't flush the toilet or wash my hands immediately. It made me feel disgusting. I was on my period so I told her "yes, there's blood" and she said she had seen women's menstrual blood before but still acted weird. I told her that it was embarrassing. All she did was make me feel extremely uncomfortable and gave me anxiety so bad that I was shaking. Basically, felt like she was in the room when I peed. No privacy and no adequate hygiene in a timely manner. Nor were clear instructions made. Mind you I've never taken a UA in my life. I've never felt this way at a doctors office and they make me extremely uncomfortable too. I'd give -5 stars if I could. I DO NOT recommend this facility.

We have been to a different lab Corp on rowan and it was an awful experience for my 4yr old. This one on Washington was truly Amazing. I took my 4 yr old here today. The staff was fantastic and explained everything to my 4yr old. They had a whole conversation with him and did a fantastic job. I can't thank them enough for helping keeping him calm.

a strange place I don't recommend to anyone, I passed a drug test, but they told my employer that I refused, but I didn't refuse. Now I can't prove anything. a very bad place run from there

Open till 4 , yet closed 11:30 to 12:30. Arrived 11:31 can’t help me!Why isn’t this on website?
