This past weekend I visited the N Division store and purchased several bras. Unfortunately I don’t have names but the young lady who helped me was over the top in customer service. I needed to be measured, find the styles I liked and usually wear. Some weren’t available on the floor but she searched back stock and even clearance for similar styles. I purchased an underwire which I don’t normally wear. Have a couple of questions but can’t get through to the store. Still there hours of operation but after 2 hours of trying I get busy signals. Really?? Question..band and cup fits great. However the straps keep slipping down. If I adjust them any shorter the girls will be pointing skyward! What do I need to do?

I shop at Lane Bryant fairly often but usually online. I went in a few weeks ago to look for a dress for a wedding. Tanya greeted me and listened to everything I had to say about how I feel about dresses and never really finding anything I felt comfortable in. She went around the store and pulled several dresses for me to try on. After every dress she came in to see how it fit, gave me honest compliments and helped me find the perfect dress. Today, I got a note in the mail from her going above and beyond just selling me a dress. She was absolutely amazing in every way. She deserves to be recognized for the amount of care and heart she shows people.

I purchased 8 pairs of bikini underwear from Lane Bryant when they had the 8 for $35 in February. I took the tags off, because I planned on wearing them. I wore one pair. Washed them and the straps on the side broke. I wore a second pair and they broke while I was wearing them. They were not too small. Just poorly sewn. I called customer service. They told me to go to the store. I went to the store today. They told me there was nothing they could do because I took the tags off. I told them I didn’t want these underwear if they’re just going to break. I told them I won’t buy underwear from them ever again. Wasted $35 plus tax! Poor customer service.

I want to particularly thank Chelsea at the north division store in Spokane Washington. I've had the hardest time finding a bra that fits. She went out of her way and made me feel special and was beyond helpful. Her customer service is outstanding and just an all around friendly and fun person. On the other hand the manager,didn't get her name was cold and non attentive. The roles should be reversed. Manager gave me a bad experience on a return. But Chelsea was working and managed to diminish my irritation and for that reason I will continue to shop lane Bryant . Thank you again and people could learn by her attitude and ability in her job

Overly restrictive return policy with no grace. Even if an item is clearly unworn with tags AND an original receipt they offer nothing if past 45 day. I saw the 60 days on the receipt and was within that time frame but did not realize it was only if purchased with a Lane Bryant credit card. The gal told me that without a receipt they would look it up and still offer me nothing if past 45 days. However, online it states "Without an original receipt, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or a gift card for the lowest selling price". But the clerk in the Spokane store would not offer even a credit. I would have shopped and spent more money but now I will never step foot in the store again.

Employees need to learn how to find orders when you get an email saying your order is ready to be picked up. The last couple orders we have placed say they are ready and when you go to pick them up the order can't be found or was never delivered when ups says it has been.

I had a order sent to the Spokane Store, went to pick it up and sign on the door said store closed indefinitely. Called customer service several time and no one has a clue what is going on. Would like my order sent to my mailing address.

Great selection of bra's and kinda cheap casual cloths (over priced). But really bad selection of business, dressy, or good casual cloths.A new girl was the most helpful that I've ever gotten there. But hopefully the get faster at the checkout counters.

I finally found THE BRA, ladies!! The customer service was amazing, the fitting was perfectly done, comfortable environment and FINALLY! After literal years of searching; I found support, comfort and quality for a price that is worth it. Highly recommend!
