I highly recommend the Service Center at Larry H. Miller Downtown Honda. I had the privilege to work with Dan, who is nothing short of professional and honest. The mechanics are also highly skilled. After bringing in my Honda Element 5 times to 2 different mechanics and $1K of repairs, they both gave up. They said they didn't know what was going on. Dan and his crew were not only able to identify the problem, but they also took photos and video footage to show what the issue was.I had other various people comment on how expensive it would be to go to a certified repair shop inside a dealership, but this turned out to be a misconception. Their hourly rates were average for the area, and were even less expensive than other Honda specific repair shops.10 out of 10!

Good job overall only complaint i have is that I specifically asked to make sure they wash my car and it was not done again. Why offer free car washes the "forget" to do it everytime.

Larry H Miller did a great job of changing my oil and doing a check up on my car. They gave quick, friendlyexcellent service & answered all of my questions. Their coffee machine is wonderful and the waiting area is comfortable. Kudos for a job well done!

Our recent visit to Larry Miller Honda of Spokane was outstanding. We were staying in Spokane for the weekend when our brakes froze up on our Honda Pilot. We were stranded, Brad in the service department took excellent care of us. He had the problem solved and repaired the same day so we could continue with our vacation. Ryan took what was an impossible situation and managed to pull it all together til it worked. I'm facing all kinds of things that have been tearing me down. Having my van die could've been the straw that broke me. I would highly recommend downtown Honda for car's device needs. Not only are they very knowledgeable but very caring, capable people.

Excellent! Howard walked me through the whole process, listened to what I wanted and needed and met every expectation. Traded a 15 year old car and got a fair price and great terms on financing. Highly recommend!

I paid for the 3 services plan which is a good deal, but was refused the final service for no reason at all, even though I politely asked for it and then questioned the reasoning why not afterward. I was in the process of moving out of town and wanted it done that day. Some of your auto service advisors do not know how to just simply serve your customers without issue. I am unhappy, there was no reason for you to have refused my final service which I had paid for, and I request that you give me a full refund immediately.

Juan Delgado is an amazing sales guy! Great customer relations and care, no pressure to buy and more than willing to help answer any questions. We called to see if they had the specific model of HRV in advance and they assisted us through the entire process. Drove off the lot same day we bought it. I was extremely impressed with customer service and the dealership. Super happy we ended up going here and with our purchase. Whole experience was a 10/10.

Juan Delgado was a great really laid back sales person. He welcomed us right away. He was very friendly and really took the time to help me set up my new car. I loved my experience here. I appreciate the time that was taken with my husband and I. Jen was amazing at every level she found us exactly what we needed and she went the extra mile in multiple ways to track down the Ridgeline we wanted, get it here in a timely manner and a very affordable price. She explained all the features of the car before I drove it home.J was also very adept at handling the financing, and explaining the features of the extra warranty in great detail, and also gave me a discount I will be servicing my vehicle there.

Larry H. Miller saved the day and I feel so incredibly grateful to have worked with them. I called in as a young adult with no credit and only income to work off of hoping that I might be able to find something in my budget so that I could get around for work. Immediately when I called they told me to come in and take a look. I got the pleasure of working with Juan. He was incredibly attentive and kind making sure to take all my needs into account and find me something I could afford that day. We sat there for a while and I got shown several options to match what I had requested and was taken on a test drive in the one (a gently used but amazing SUV) I had loved. Once we had found the one they went to work finding me a bank that would finance me with no credit. It was a battle, but at the end of the day they found me a great place and we had the papers signed. The car was officially mine. I was so excited and proud. I was able to take the car home within a couple of days (they did a full inspection on the vehicle and detailed it so it felt like a brand-new car.) When I was leaving I realized the backup camera wasn’t working the way it was supposed to and had asked Juan about it. He responded right away and I was able to get an appointment set up with the Service guys to get it repaired. Juan fought for me to make sure that it was taken care of and I couldn’t be more incredibly thankful for that. Within a week of contacting the service guys they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. When I went in there to get my vehicle fixed they were beyond kind. Not only was the diagnostic quick, but so was the actual fixing of my vehicle. I was also able to get a ride home after dropping off the car through the incredibly helpful service area. They were able to only communicate with me by text (as I had requested) since I work nights and didn’t want to be woken up. I’m so happy I got my work done here and I couldn’t have asked for better people to be working on my vehicle. Thank you to the friendly service guys at Larry H. Miller Honda and Juan for being so friendly.

I scheduled an appointment for a recall. I decided to wait for the hour to hour and a half that it said it would take to complete the recall when I scheduled the appointment. When I check in they inform me that it would take a full day or even overnight to repair. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. What a waste of my time. Why couldn't you have told me that upfront. Horrible service.
