Just had my rear brakes replaced. These guys did a great job. I have to say it was a bit of a shock. To learn that brakes have electronic sensors that have to be replaced with the brake pads. But these guys had them done the same day after having to order the parts! I will definitely use their services in the future!

I was in from California. I came in to have a slow leak checked and repaired. Anxiety hit when I could not find the wheel lock key. They managed a work around and fixed it quickly. They put on a new lug nut and I was good to go. They gave me complimentary service. What a great shop!

Went to the store on March 26 for an alignment. Was told the rear right side needed parts. I personally replaced the said parts. Went back April 23 and purchased a set of tires, and needed the alignment checked. This time, it was a bad right lower control arm they did show me that the part was clearly moving. I took it home and found that the bolt and nut to that control arm were loose so I tightened it to spec and returned after the weekend to finish the alignment so as not to damage my new tires. I was told it was still bad, no problem. I replaced both lower control arms and links. Then, I brought it back to finish the alignment and was told the left inner tie rod was bent. I replaced both inner and outer tie rods. I brought the car in this time and was recharged for an alignment that was never finished the first time around. And was told that the left strut was bent. So I replaced both struts and wheel bearings. I brought it back 12 days later to what I was hoping to get it finished finally and was told I would have to pay for an additional alignment because I replaced the struts myself. I find this frustrating and a waste of time to have gone back so many times to never get the work finished correctly. Shane seems like a nice guy he did say he would work with me because I purchased tires. But in the end I went somewhere else and it was finally finished. This whole alignment process was a mess I understand I needed some parts and was willing to do the work. I needed Les Schwab Tire Center to step up and be professional and tell me everything I needed to replace initially so that this could have been smoother. And a side note, the little lady behind the counter that was in my mind a minor should not be telling a customer to leave the building. Not a store I feel like visiting again anytime some.

I’d give lower if I could. Called another LesSchwab, they have no problem NOT forcing me to fix my tire sensors right now when all I want is to put tires on. This location claims it’s illegal for me to even drive the vehicle without fixing them. THAT’S BULLCRAP.
Les Schwab I have no problem with, but I will not be back to this location.
The owner, from the comment below, seems to think they were only making a recommendation, and not flat out lying and trying to bully a customer. If that reflects the management of the place, considering that there are other Les Schwabs who don’t consider bullying and lying to be a part of their business model, I don’t see why he would think it would be worth the effort.

This valley location is by far the best when it comes to service and friendliness. I’m always greeted with a smile and all my questions and concerns are taken care of with honesty. I will not go anywhere else for tires, rotations, alignment etc.

Great customer service and they work with you on prices to make sure you're not breaking the bank. They were super quick as well. Thank you guys so much.
This updated is still about the same feeling. I was running on no sleep and they were patient and explained things as well as help me with financial options. Every thing was done basically in the a good amount of hours.
