After being a Les Schwab customer for the last 20 plus years, and having a good experience with the company, I am disappointed to report that I will no longer be a customer. We always have gone to Les Schwab for seasonal tire changes and this year we purchased new tires on Amazon. When we went to have them changed, we were told that on top of paying for the seasonal tire change, we would need to pay $100 extra because they are new tires. There is no extra labor involved but because they are not new from Les Schwab we incurred the extra fee.I wish the manager would have handled the situation differently. She could have split the cost or informed us of the policy and let us know we would be charged in the future - in which case she would have retained us as customers - but instead she said black and white, that’s what we needed to pay.Due to this we drove a mile down the road to Tire-Rama, who got us in immediately (no wait!!) and didn’t charge extra because they were new.I hope someone at Les Schwab sees this and will examine their policies or at a minimum consider how they work with loyal customers.

Went in to get a tire checked after hitting a pot hole, had it stored in the trunk where my spare usually goes since I had to put my spare on after hitting the pot hole. When they went to get the tire, they thought my subwoofer was carpet and proceeded to yank it out so hard that it pulled out some of the wires for my sound system. They tried to fix it twice but the wires and subwoofer aren't what got damaged. They somehow fried my amp (which is something that wasn't in the way in order to get to the tire) making my sound system unusable and wouldn't help buy a new one. The amp I had was over $300, I am willing to settle for a cheaper one.It just really sucks to have bad things keep happening to you and your car in one day and a company doesn't take responsibility for a mistake they made, even more so when you are a member. To be fair being a member shouldn't matter, but it's still an extra sting to the situation y'know. Anyways hopefully this is a fair warning for others with a sound system.

I had an issue when I got my tires a wheel spin balance and to address the tpms light.I was not happy with the advice that I received from another employee to address the TPMS Light not going off..Shane the manager is a great guy in my opinion. He took the time on the phone to explain the details to me about the problem I had with my tpms light not being able to get addressed here at Les Schwab. The employee told me to go to my Honda dealer which wasn't necessary. However it is a learning experience, should you have Any issues or second guesses feel free to talk to Shane as a final recommendation which is what I should have done as I wish I did that day. They did a fantastic job anyhow and were quick.Recommended Les Schwab location.Thank you Shane for your help and patience with me :)

Did a good job on my brakes, however, had difficulty listening to the customer. TPMS system malfunction light was on, indicating tire pressure sensor out. Anthony said it was because of a bead leak. I explained that low tire pressure warning indicator lights up when tire low on air. I was told all 4 pressure sensors were checked and functioning. I asked they check again, as this same thing happened when I had the rear brakes done at a different Les Schwab one year ago. Rather than rechecking, Anthony had his manager call and leave a voicemail telling me I was wrong and to come pick up my car. So, I picked up my car, drove down the road to the Tire Store and had them check it. Yup, sensor was shorting out and was replaced. Now driving with no warning lights going off and guess what? I have not fixed the bead leak issue yet, imagine….. thanks for not taking a second look Anthony. Nice work on my brakes. I’m concerned that I had to go to a different shop to fix tire pressure sensor. I’ve been going to Les Schwab for 35 years. First frustrating experience with them.

They got me in at the appointed time to do a seasonal tire change. Staff were very courteous and friendly. And the waiting room was nice and warm! I'll go back to this location!

Was told after an hour and a half of having it up on the lift my alignment would take 30-45 more minutes because “the nuts don’t always cooperate” I replaced those nuts and the suspension recently I quite literally took those exact nuts off with ease yesterday. These people will lie to your face just to excuse their laziness.

Horrible experience, go somewhere else if you need work done! The manager refused to put the tire I was buying from them on my car after already confirming they would. All this because I wasn’t buying a set of four tires they told me they wouldn’t put just one on. I explained we needed it fixed as it was our only way home but he didn’t seem to care. He then said we weren’t aloud to put the tire on ourselves in the big open parking lot even though the store was closing. Anyways I’d recommend not going to this Les Swab!

I called for a quote on a tire swap/rotation, possible alignment, possible front breaks. Was given baseline estimates. Each estimate was similar to other auto shopsI had called. Was expecting most services to be needed based on Lexus dealer recommendations. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, one of the service men was in the parking lot to greet me. Wow, that was super cool! They got me checked in right away and I expressed my concerns for the possible services. he said not to worry- I said just do whatever you need to do I’ll be back at closing. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all I needed was a tire swap and rotation and instead of $1000 bill, I only paid $100 bill. They indicated that the other services were not required at this time so they did not do the work. I felt really positive about my experience with this Les Schwab. I highly recommend them.

Got a trip precheck here, wanted them to specifically check for any tire leaks, left my vehicle with them for over 3 hours. I get part way into my trip the next day and my rear right tire is already deflating. Great job really checking for leaks guys. ?
