I had such a fantastic experience at the downtown Spokane Les Schwab! I came in after my tire pressure light came on, just planning to have my tires checked. Not only did they address my tire pressure, but they also noticed a bulge in one of my tires and advised me to have it evaluated. I was able to schedule an appointment right away, and they even managed to get me in for same-day service.
The tire I needed wasn’t in stock at their location, but they went above and beyond by shuttling one in from another store within just a few hours. To top it off, the replacement was completely covered under warranty since I had purchased my tires through Les Schwab.
Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and informative. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. This place truly has it going on, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tire service!

This was my very first time buying tires, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I walked into Les Schwab, the staff made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my (many) questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
They helped me choose the right tires for my car and budget, and even went over the warranties and maintenance services included. The installation was quick, and before I knew it, my car was ready to go. I left feeling not just satisfied, but educated about my purchase — which means a lot to a first-time buyer.
Thank you to the whole team for making this such a smooth, stress-free process. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire needs and recommending Les Schwab to friends and family.

After using a local tire shop for many seasons, and watching the quality of service decline each season, I got frustrated and went to Les Schwab in the winter of 2022. I have continued to go back since then, they are always helpful and accommodating and truthful and efficient. I really appreciate their manager, Carol, who is kind and knowledgeable but not pushy or condescending. Thank you!

On June 10, 2025, I received a letter from Les Schwab (817 W 3rd Ave, Spokane) stating I had 30 days to bring valid ID and finalize my approved credit account. I followed their instructions and came in on July 3—well within the 30-day window.
Despite this, I was told I was “too late” and would need to reapply, which would require a second hard credit inquiry I never consented to. Staff admitted the letter was sent late due to their internal system but still refused to honor the original approval.
To make matters worse, they collected my Social Security number and photocopied my ID, but refused to give me a written denial, an explanation, or even the name of the employee who handled my information. I was told to “call corporate” instead.
This is a serious mishandling of both private information and consumer credit rights. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This location showed a complete lack of accountability, and I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your credit or your personal information.
