I got some nails pulled out of a couple tires here today and my dumb, pregnant self had no idea it would cost money if my tires weren't les schwab tires. The man at the counter checking me out was so generous, letting me make a couple phone calls to pay, and he ended up making it free for me today. I am so very grateful to this les schwab and that man, that I haven't stopped crying. Thank you so much, I will be coming back here when I need new tires, or anything else, and I'll be ready to pay!

Went to a place called poor boys, they couldn’t be bothered to balance my tires correctly and I will never do business with them again… Went to this Les Schwab and they took the time to methodically do the work correctly. Thanks guys! No more steering wheel vibrations!

Never. Ever. Ever. Again. Tires less than a year. Almost all of them have had to be replaced. On my dime. When they are supposed to be under warranty.

Brought our BMW in for new tires cause of a flat. JEFF did a great job getting me an appointment quickly. The technician came out to verify the need for services. The entire team did a great job. Definitely coming back for future services. JOSEY was great to interact with and she reviewed all vehicle recommendations at the end. Thank you to the entire team again! 5 star all the way.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took my car here as I got a flat tire just down the street. They said they could change the tire and get the flat fixed. I was told to go park my car in the parking lot. Sat in my car in the parking lot for over an hour. Asked on the ETA as he did say it would be a while and was told I needed to go inside and check in that I basically wasn’t even in line to get worked on. I watched cars be serviced who got here after my leave while I was still waiting to be helped. Horrible customer service, literally being told it would another 1-2hours after the first hour I waited. I HAD TO CALL AAA to come change my tire in the Les Schwab parking lot ?!

These guys at this Les Schwab went above and beyond for me when I went in to get my tires rotated They fixed a problem with my tires that was done at a Les Schwab in Missoula Mt . YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!

Got new tires and an alignment done had a bad shake after new tires got installed. Had my wife stop by to have them look at it. Was told bring it in two weeks and we will try to get to it. Manager is rude when things are not going his way and will bad mouth some of the other stores. I’m now being told I need two new rims due to them being bent most likely due to how they were tightened down on the car. Alignment wise straight if your ok with the steering wheel to one side. Again lack of knowledge on the install part is what I’m finding. I have left a couple messages and can’t seem to get this taken care of so I’m writing this to hope that someone might reach out

Didn’t get a name unfortunately but the receptionist with the funny haircut was extremely rude and condescending. Took my vehicle in to get a tire patched and walked into him on his phone in the corner, and when I had to ask for service myself he laughed and told me to be here at 8am next time. Definitely not fit for a customer service position. Took my car to the Les Schwab on Francis 10 min later and had a great quick experience! Definitely choose the Francis location over the nw blvd.
