This is a full service tire center. Have been going here for years. Besides several leaky tires on various vehicles they have also helped fix a couple of problems with my 1979 F250 including resolving a complicated problem with the front hubs and also finding the source of an awful noise under the cab. I have found the customer service to be excellent, they have been knowledgeable and honest, and things get done quickly.

Always free air and lug check for tired. Expensive brake jobs and when i spent 1800 on mine and the e break didnt work the manager hopped in car with me and when he pulled it the brake barely engaged as he did it a second time he told me that was normal and said nothing was wrong with my new brakes even tho my calipers kept sticki g periodically. I will never use them again for a brake job but great for tire fills.

This review is to highlight the great customer service Howard provided. After changing out my tires for the winter, the tire pressure sensor light would not turn off on my dash. After some investigation, he discovered that we were sold the incorrect sensors a few years ago. The mistake was made by a former employee. Howard made sure the sensors were replaced and we actually got a credit for the price difference. I wouldn't have known there was a difference in cost, but applaud Howard/Les Schwab for owning up to the error and making it right.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My third time having them repair my tires from screws and nails.

Have had multiple bad experiences here, typically upselling stuff you don't need and didn't come in for, or just replacing parts that weren't causing any problems and costing me over a thousand dollars and didn't even fix the problem! Another shop got it done for less than $400 and did it in less than a day. The staff are dishonest and rude, do not bring your car here.

We were on vacation and just had bought new tires from a Les Swab in Oregon! One, unfortunately, kept leaking throughout our trip. We stopped at multiple places to air up and even another Les Swab in Washington to get it fixed. Within thirty minutes of leaving WA, on our way to Idaho, it started leaking air again. We called multiple Les Swabs and it was an 1-2 hr wait. We called this Les Swab and boom they got us right in! They worked to replace valve stem again, correctly this time, and they were fast! Not only were they quick but they had the best customer service and we SO appreciated them! We are back on our trip and no leak! Thank you so much Brian and your team for helping us and getting us back on the road quickly and safely!

The Francis store gave me a static balance on a light truck tire, and lined the taped weights up on the inside edge of the wheels, leaving a shimmy that wasn't there before. I was expecting a dynamic balance with a recheck after the weights were applied. Didn't get what I paid for...

The staff here is kind and helpful. I purchased tires here, and at the time, their prices beat Costco, and they have in-house financing if needed. My wife got a flat tire, and we brought it in. They fixed it for free! We were so shocked. Highly recommend this location.

While I will say they did a good job swapping my winter tires for summer tires, the place smelled absolutely terrible. The coffee tasted like it had been brewed a week ago, and it took them almost 3 hours to get it done, and the seating area was uncomfortable and dirty. It was also pricey at $150.

I took my Lexus GX 470 in to correct a drifting issue. My appointment was for 11 am. After sitting for 25+- minutes, I asked the gal up front when they were going to get my vehicle in, she went out to the shop and asked. She came back in and told me he was finishing up one that was on the rack and would look at mine after he test drove the other. Another 10 minutes........15.........then the guy comes in and as requested, came to discuss what I was experiencing. I quickly told him about the drifting side to side problem and proceeded to show him a service bulletin that specifically addresses the issue and corrective procedure. He didn't want to see it, "let me check the alignment first". Ok. 15 minutes later, he reappeared with an alignment print out showing my alignment was right on. That didn't surprise me at all. I then tried to go over the Lexus TSB (#L-SB-0174-08) that provides the information to correct the issue. He stared at the forms but became focused on the title "Vehicle pulling to one side" while totally ignoring the symptoms stated on page 2 regarding steering correction in order to maintain a straight direction of travel which I had highlighted in green highlight. His solution, "Take it to Lexus"!This was the anticipated response as Les Schwab has and still is all about quick, and only do routine work. Reading is apparently not a requirement of Les Schwab people. Some years back, I took a Ford Fusion in for an annoying squeak noise out of the right front suspension. The technician couldn't find a problem even though he clearly heard it, even called someone at their HQ to no avail. On the way home, I stopped and picked up a generally worthless Haynes manual for the car. After reading through the front end section, I wondered if the upper control arm had been replaced in the past and the "mechanic" tightened the bolts with out the car at ride height. I put the car on my own 9000# hoist, placed a hoist support/ jack under the lower arm and loosened the bolts then measured and adjusted the jack to bring the control arms to the noted ride height measurement. Tightened it all back up, and just in backing out of my shop, could see and hear that the awful groaning of the bushings was gone. My trip to Les Schwab that day as today, was lost time. BTW, the shop was relatively quiet even though there was a controlled flow of people coming and going. If you need a flat fixed, come here. Need tires, go anywhere else as Schwab tires are twice the price of competitors. If you need anything more than a standard alignment, go elsewhere.

This review is more regarding a driver than the store. BUT.. driving north on maple approaching NWBLVD, the turn lane was blocked due to construction I believe, I had my turn signal on to avoid the equipment and this Darker Chevy Silverado license plate B0666Z, with the company logo on it decides to rush up beside me vs allowing me to get over. The vehicle behind that truck allowed me to get around the construction, but it's the fact that this "professional" in a company truck rushed up next to me instead of simply allowing me to get over is completely unacceptable. The guy actually made the decision to push the gas hard enough to go from behind me to right along the side of me preventing me from getting over.I called the Francis store to talk to someone about this behavior, I spoke with someone who claimed to be management. I told the guy what happened and he simply said "Thanks for the information". Didn't want the license plate, type of truck, or who was driving it. He claimed that there was only 1 vehicle out at that moment.I do not feel that is acceptable or true so I decided to post a review.. You know who you are, you know that type of behavior in a company vehicle is unacceptable, and you even turned your head as I was taking pictures of you in the vehicle.I feel that individual needs to not be allowed to drive for the company at MINIMUM, as that behavior is not good for the company. The best outcome would be to have that selfish individual fired. I can't understand why Amy company would allow that type of driver or personality represent the company. I have owned my own business for over 10 years now and personally, I would fire them. The customer is ALWAYS right. Without customers, your business would NOT exist.

Made my appointment weeks in advance. Selected my tires. Asked that they please let me know if they won't be in stock as I was taking off work for my appointment. Showed up, was told the tires were out of stock but they can have another shop bring them over in 6 hours. Brought car back 6 hours later, new tires placed. Picked up and all the tire pressure alarms were on. They said it will correct itself after I drive it. They obviously never checked the tire pressures as they were 15 psi under what they should have been. Came the next day to have them put the air in and the worker couldn't figure out how to use the air hose. After 20 mins just left and did it myself at the gas station. Wouldn't return.
