Unexpectedly had a flat tire in Colfax travelling to Spokane today for a conference (Oct 18, 2025). Car made it to Spokane on the spare. Checked into Les Schwab at 423PM, expected to stay overnight as they were closing at 5PM. Amazing staff finished tire repair by closing time, as well as inspecting alignment, steering, suspension and brakes ALL WITHOUT CHARGE. Overwhelmed with gratitude for such amazing service and kind, competent, hard working staff. My highest recommendation. Thank you all so very much for your wonderful service.

please never go to this les schwab unless you wanna lose 3+ hrs worth of your time. sat at this les schwab from 11:30am-3pm all for a tire rotation and balance. fml smh.

Had a slow leak and stopped in without an appointment. They checked the tire right away, patched it up for free, and had me back on the road in under half an hour. That kind of service is rare. The staff here treats everyone with respect, even when they’re slammed. I’ve also bought a full set of tires from them before — they balanced perfectly, and they’ve stood behind their warranty without question. It’s why I keep coming back.

Les’ guys are always great but this was truly excellent service. Took car in for new tires on a Friday. They were in need of replacement before the warranty had gone so they gave me credit and had my van in and out in about an hour. I couldn’t believe how fast and staff is very friendly.

I left my car there from 10 am to 4 pm for an alignment. When I went back to pick it up after they called me saying it was done, they had NOT done the alignment.
They tried convincing me to make another appointment or leave the car there for longer, but I left. I will be looking for a different shop for my alignment job.

There was a misunderstanding about a service that left me disappointed at first. I spoke with Bryan, the manager, and he immediately stepped in to make it right. I really appreciate how quickly and professionally it was handled. Thank you to the whole team!

Did an alignment, noticed car had wobbles turning, then realized my control arm was popping out of the bearing, replaced it, took car back to them for another alignment and they said my brand new control arm is bad and they won’t touch it unless they replace it. Total scam

Bought all seasons tires several months ago. Today I picked up a screw in one of my tires. I could hear the air leaking out. I ran over to the closest Les Schwab and they had closed three minutes before I got there, but they still helped me out and of course at no charge. Always stellar service. I really appreciate them coming through for me.
