Whatever you do don't go there, and touch a hat, just save yourself the trouble, and go to the other store that sells hats like I did. The employees there are much cooler, and they have a better selection anyway.

Imanol is the nicest guy I've met in this store in years. The manager, lame. Bad attitude always. Probably head to other Lids stores from now on.

The guy that works at this location is short with people and extremely rude scolded me for lookin at hats in sizes other than the 1 I wear but I have 2 sons I was shopping for but I'm not going to explain myself just because he hates his life and I know he's not just having a bad day I've been into the shop on several occasions and he has unfortunately had the same attitude each time it's a shame I have over 300 fitted hats and always support local locations but I've bought my last 50 hats or so online just because I don't like dealing with this guy and not sure if he is the only employee or just my bad luck but he has been the only employee I've seen in several trips to the mall I can say this will be the last 3 hats I ever buy from this lids location as long as he is employed there

I went there yesterday with my brother. There was a very rude old blk guy running the store. Very short with me. I was asking prices and questions about getting my hat embroidered. Talking down to me.. very Suttle like. And then not being helpful.. sorry dude.. I don't know the prices I don't know what you offer... you weren't helpful.. had I not drove from idaho I would have just left your store. .. the next store over the workers were super helpful and nice.. my brother was with me in the next shop trying on shoes and he even said.. that guy was borderline gonna get called out gor his attitude... hats were cool.. servicesucked.. wont be back if he ia working.. and neither will my kids or other family. .

I should have checked the reviews. Made an Online order. The hats did not work out for size. Did not wear them and did not take off tags. Returned them and they kept almost half the order amount. I will never order from this site or company again.

Store has a below average selection on hats. If you’re a fan of baseball or basketball you’ll find the top name hats. Nothing for hockey in store when the last 3 years they keep saying hockey merchandise is on the way. Minimal football hats, I’ve seen towns half the size of Spokane with 10x’s the amount of merchandise. Very rude employees who don’t seem to care about anyone who shops in the store or helping them. They continuously point you to “ordering online” rather than actually supplying their store with merchandise. Not sure why it’s even open with the lack of merchandise.

My family was in there two time this month both times same guy, guarding his garbage lost his sales, his rudeness, is too expensive. Stay away, this store will stress you out and you'll just be the next one trying to give 0 stars, after he offends you.

What a piece of stuff the staff are here I've been trying and can't help but to think about these people who work @LidsNorthTownMall need to be retrained or the store should get renamed to Skids . Do not waste time or your moolah.
