I had to get a couple of items literally on the fly for PRIDE and was gobsmacked by the rude and nasty treatment of a literal phone call by Adult Warehouse. Instantly found Lovers and called them. The ladies gave me all the info I needed and the items I needed within five minutes! Gods, I love this place. Recommend to EVERYONE. You go ladies 🖤

A friend took me there make me feel better about me to lovely toys and the guy at the counter was so informative and he wasn't just saying it to get a sale he literally has tried the ones that I was interested in so he was able to tell me the good points and bad points and we made a really good decision and I didn't expect my friend to drive me to but he didn't so I'm going to have to share with him at least maybe obser

I can genuinely say I’ve never had a more pleasant experience in an adult store. The staff is extremely engaged.. but not in a pushy way! Quincy and Blue made me feel like I was out shopping with friends, 100% judgment free. 10/10 will definitely be returning!!

The customer service is sublime! Quincey worked so hard at problem solving an issue for me and refused to give up. I appreciate her diligent hard work and relentless drive to assist me with what should have been such a simple exchange but due to a massive oversight in their system it ended up being a much larger issue. Quincey wins customer service of the year!
