Went to this store to find a gag gift for a bachelor/bachelorette party my fiance and I were invited to. We weren't really sure what we were looking for but the staff inside were very helpful. We're were assisted by Ashley, who is a fantastic example of proactive customer service. She was friendly, offered suggestions and explanations, and made the whole process very easy. She even gave us coupons for all of the other people attending the party. I've been to other similar stores and the experience is usually awkward but I didn't feel awkward here at all. We don't live in Spokane but we will definitely stop by again when we get a chance to visit.

August and Amanda are utterly amazing! They are so friendly and happy to help with anything your looking for. I popped in to find some fun additions for a Bachelorette party this weekend and with their help it will be so memorable! Thank you for being so helpful and sweet!

My fiancé and I recently stopped in to browse and pick out some new lingerie. We were greeted when we came in and the salespeople were very friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. I’m rather big on customer service and a strong positive experience when I shop somewhere and both salespeople exhibited exactly that!! The selection of lingerie (and other spicy materials ?) is phenomenal and well spread out. If you haven’t been in to this Lovers location, I HIGHLY recommend checking it out. This is the only one I’ll shop at from now on

Staff is always super knowledge, friendly, and helpful. Might not be the best selection in town the only thing they are lacking in my opinion is more variety. However, considering the size of the store it is still worthy of the 5 star rating. Customer service there though second to none. I have yet to encounter one sales person there that isn't 100% genuinely interested in customer getting something they will actually enjoy not the most expensive, or the latest hot new thing. I highly recommend for any spicy adult type stuff.

This location has always been my favorite but this time I was a little disappointed. I came to this location on my hour lunch. Plenty of time. I found the lube I wanted rather quick and stood at the counter for about 8 minutes. I watched the employee give demos to another customer. Two other employees were seen working and one came up to the counter but didn’t make eye contact and kept working in a binder. I ended up having to put the lube back and leave after I decided I’ll come back later. Kicker? The employee helping the customer with demos paused and told me “thank you for coming in” but yet couldn’t acknowledge me waiting for 8 minutes. I’m going to swing by another time but just seemed like lack of awareness and customer service which is unusual for this location.

Really nice casual environment and a lot of fun things to try!! (obviously lol) My Buddy Gus works at this branch and let me tell you, HE WILL HOOK YOU UP!! He's incredibly sweet and makes the whole shopping experience more comfortable, and he knows his stuff!! Always go for your local shops and don't risk buying your adult toys off amazon or other cheap sites!

I’ve been here a couple times and everyone has always been super sweet and helpful. I had the loveliest conversation with Gus today and they were absolutely fantastic and so very helpful. This is my favorite place. I absolutely love the environment and people. Thanks for being awesome!!

Came here shopping for some Lingerie for my wife. Nice selection, surprised at the price - I thought what I selected would total roughly $100, but paid only $42 and change. Turned-out there was a special if five pair were purchased. My wife loves the lingerie, and she looks great in them all.Why four stars? Came to the store twice, first to look and compare, second time to purchase. The service the first time was outstanding, with the sales associate assisting me consultatively. The second visit, the sales associate was indifferent and made no attempt to help me understand what size to get for my wife's size 37 hips. Fortunately, a young lady who was shopping there overheard me, and explained sizing to me. The sales associate was so indifferent that a customer, a complete stranger, felt compelled to assist me.Great selection, uneven service. Surprised the one associate is still employed.

This is one of my immediate go to stops when I am i need of a new and hopefully unique look for lingerie. They tend to have the best rotation (meaning if you go in monthly you will see different items not the same 10 lingerie pieces) along with the bare bones necessity items that stay tried and true in store. Great selection of body stockings, thigh highs, and one size fits all boxed costume sets, and a good selection of unique and different lingerie constantly flowing in and out. The worst part about this place is that once its gone its gone from store but dont fret you can find it online. They also almost always have some sort of a deal and their prices tend to be within what is reasonable for an outfit along with being pretty inclusive on sizing from xs-3 or 4x. The staff is always friendly and never pushy and thats something that definitely makes them stand out.
