i drove all the way from pullman just for lush, and my experience today was more than worth it. I had the kindest, most helpful and attentive people helping me today and it genuinely made my day. All i wanted today was to re-up on my body care and i left with a huge smile on my face. I really wish i got their names :( thank you so much guys!!🫶

Always a lovely experience at lush! Most recently tho my boys and I went to pick out some back to school scents and we had the luxury of being helped by Deanna! She was so sweet and helpful with getting us the special soaps we were searching for! She even threw in a little bar my husband had been checking out! We can't wait to be back!

I kind of forgot Spokane had a Lush downtown! How lucky are we? I took my four year old daughter in so she could pick out a special bath bomb. She had the best time and declared it “the best store ever” because one of the employees, Liz, let her feel and touch so many fun, delicious smelling things! Thank you Liz for elevating our experience, we can’t wait to go back!

“I’ve Got To Praise You Like I Should” 🎤🎶 As a mom in Seattle at a work conference over a decade ago I bought my two tween daughters a canister of Lush bath bombs as a treat from the Seattle area. Now with a store in Spokane I find myself tagging along with my adult daughters who still love Lush as much as they did the day they opened their first bath bombs. Thank you Sofia, my daughter in grad school loves your product knowledge and all of your work pins! Thank you Sydney, Sofie, Deanna, Olivia, Shawnts, and Jaela. There isn’t a season change when we don’t go in and get the best service from all of you! My daughters buy 30 bath bombs easily, but you guys have gotten me into loving Lush too! Your enthusiasm is contagious.
Liz, the manager at this location, relishes in her position! She’s a powerhouse on all Lush products. Why Liz isn’t a district manager I don’t know, I’d say she’s one of Spokane’s best kept secrets! Thanks Lush for coming to Spokane! We’re in love. ❤️

My boyfriend and I were on a putt-putt date and decided to walk over after to replenish my bath bomb and face mask addiction. He's never been to a lush store or any other store similar to it and when we left he was so impressed and had such a good time!
Sofia greeted us immediately and asked questions to pinpoint exactly what we needed. My boyfriend loves baths as much as I do and was SO STOKED she let him play with the bath bombs in water to help choose his favorite. The interactive shopping experience is where it's at!
She has such an amazing presence and suggested so many awesome products for us. After going on a full-on shopping spree she gave us some samples and every one of the samples were products that I haven't tried yet. I already love every sample I tried so far. I own a grooming salon and have my hands in water all day and it's so hard to find products that replenish the moisture. I generally steer away from scented products because my hands are super sensitive from the wear and tear at work but I used the body conditioner on my hands overnight and they are SO SOFT TODAY. a product I never knew I needed from lush!

Absolutely amazing location and brand. My girlfriend and I came in not knowing what we were looking for. Sofia greeted us as soon as we came in making us feel welcomed. While browsing she was attentive making sure we were doing okay and asking if we needed help. Offered plenty of options based on the needs that we described. Once we were ready to check out, there was a smooth transition where Shawnts made sure we were not just assisted but asked if we would like any sample from products we looked at but did not purchase. It was nice to feel seen and cared for. Everyone went out of their way. Thank you Sofia and Shawnts

My daughter had her 9th birthday party at Lush today. Deanna was freaking amazing. She was so good with the kids. She made the party a huge success. All the kids loved her and so did the moms! Thank you SO much Deanna and the Lush team!!!

OMG THIS WAS THE BEST LUSH EXPERIENCE EVER!! Sydney absolutely made our entire weekend! My husband and I were looking for an excuse to get out of the house and the cold weather and decided on a whim to stop in. Sydney and the other two employees working were SO welcoming and friendly. I bought the Goddess soap and a bunch of sleepy bath bomb treats all thanks to their incredible help! For sure will be back!!

If you are needing a little pick me up, I highly recommend visiting the Spokane Lush location! I was in the area for a job interview and decided to stop in. The experience was magical! ✨ Upon arrival, Deanna welcomed me with a warm smile. I informed her of why I was in the area, and she was immediately excited for me. She offered me a demonstration of their newest bath bomb and explained all the benefits as it swirled beautifully before our eyes. I was hooked! I got not only the bath bomb but also a few other goodies. Before checking out, Deanna made sure to wish me well for my job interview. I left feeling like a million bucks!! Fast forward… I GOT THE JOB! That little extra attention Deanna gave me that day with stick with me for life! This store will always have a place in my heart and I know that I am not the only one to have experiences like this here. Thanks, Deanna! You have made me a lifelong customer ❤️

First time shopper at Lush and it will not be my last. Sydney was so sweet, very helpful and beyond knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond by presenting me a recommended skin care routine that worked fabulously! She was clearly passionate about the products and knew the ins and outs. Everyone else in the store was also far above par! Love the product, the people, and the company overall!

my friend was recently introduced to Lush after she was gifted a box.
when i found out she had never been to a lush before i knew we had to change that story! first time to lush can be a lil overwhelming, in the best way. but when we walked in to the store, we were lovingly greeted by Shawnts to help us with out magical experience. to say the least, my friend and i were treated like royalty, shawnts showed us several different uses for different things, even giving us a lil hand massage with the rose argan bar.
the whole team was helpful even despite it being super busy. before we left, shawnts gave us some
samples and i only love this company a lil more :,) thank you shawnts!!!!! SHAWNTS is the SH… the best!!!!
