I really enjoyed my first visit to Luxe Salon for a much overdue haircut. I had the pleasure of having Claire (I believe that was her name — sorry if I’m mistaken!) and she was wonderful. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and really listened to what I wanted. I loved the complimentary drinks and the friendly service from all the staff. I’ve been nervous to get my hair cut because it’s hard to find someone who isn’t in a rush or who takes the time to understand what I’m asking for. Claire was very easygoing, intentional, and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy with the length and style. I’ll definitely be back!

The best salon! I have been going to Claire Bastedo for almost a year now and highly recommend her services. Claire really listens to your vision but also gives her expert input to help you realistically achieve a beautiful outcome! After each visit I’m even more impressed than the time before. Claire does a great job with highlights and applying the perfect toner for your vision. My teenage daughter also goes to Claire and leaves feeling so confident after each appointment.
The salon is beautiful, comfortable and it’s very obvious the owner, Megan, cares about her team and goes above and beyond to coach them to be the best.

My stylist is very good at educating me on taking care of my scalp and helping me meet my long hair goals. I’d give 5 stars but she took a little more than I wanted at my last trim. I’ll still be back though :)

I cannot say enough about Peyton! After moving to Spokane I was struggling to find just the right hair stylist. Peyton took the time to listen and for the first time in a year I feel like myself again! Thank you to Peyton and Luxe!!!

I have been looking for a salon that provides an elevated experience for hair and med spa services. This being a one stop shop for everything beauty related is an absolute GEM. During my experience, I met multiple staff and the owner, Megan. She had told me she has dedicated her career to building this business from the ground, and it shows -in every detail, in every service. The salon is beautiful, clean, and the moment you walk in, it feels like being transported to a life of luxury where they make every client feel like a VIP. Every staff member I came across was incredibly personable, helpful, customer oriented, and literally SO PRETTY. Yet, despite all the killer amenities and lavish vibes, Megan and her employees are still humble and down to earth for those who may be new to beauty services and unsure of what they are looking for. There won't be another place I go to for any of the services offered at Luxe. They have made me a customer for life. Don't hesitate to book with this one peeps.

If you’re looking for any lash services, I can’t recommend Trinity enough! She does a phenomenal job every single time—my lashes always turn out perfect. Trinity is not only incredibly skilled, but she also has the best bedside manners and makes every appointment so comfortable. She’s easy to talk to, truly professional, and an absolute gem to work with.

Luxe Salon & Medspa is amazing! I had bleach-washed my hair at home and had no idea what to do, but they took me in last minute and completely saved me. Peyton was incredible—so sweet, explained everything, and gave me the most gorgeous Copper Cowboy color with a cute blowout. She even offered me champagne and gave the best scalp massage during the wash. I walked out feeling beautiful and so happy. Highly recommend Peyton and the whole salon—they go above and beyond!

I always receive a great lash extension service when I get my lashes done at Luxe Salon. In particular, I see Kylee, and I cannot reccomend her enough. I get the mega volume lashes, but I have had the various levels of lashes, and they have all looked phenominal. She does such a great job on my lashes overall and really makes the service both relaxing and welcoming. I appreciate Kylee and for her taking care of my lash needs for over two years.

I’ve seen Beth for two areas of laser treatment and she’s just the best! She makes you want to ask her out for coffee with how personable she is. I always look forward to my appointments. Plus the laser feels like nothing compared to what I have used in the past circa 2013.
