Went in for a fill and made an appointment at 2pm. One lady started drilling my nails and did a horrible job, cut too short and didn't even get all the polish off. Then she left to work on someone else . Next lady didn't help me till 2:45. She bruised me nail and made me bleed twice. Didn't say anything about it. Didn't brush the dust off my nails and just polished over it and left bumps underneath. Horrible experience won't be coming back.

I went in for a fill and immediately was bombarded with them trying to sell me upgrades! "You sure you don't want a pedicure"? "Do you want your eyebrows waxed"? "Are you sure"? Them: Would you like your lower arms massaged? Me: sure Them: That will be an extra $20. Me: No thanks. But the worst part of my visit was how dirty this place is! When they first opened it was pretty nice. But now there are boxes, piles of rags, food, stuff stacked up against walls, just crap all around you! The walls are dirty, you can see dust and cobwebs everywhere. It's gross! The file she used on me was worn out, as was the buffing pad. Even the light I put my hand in was so dirty! Yuck! The fill itself was rushed and she didn't even have me wash my hand so there are little bumps under my polish. It's coming off the edges in a couple of spots and I got them done today! I paid $53 for this crap! Oh and you are pressured to tip because they ask you loudly in front of everyone how much you want to add! I will never go back there! Just yuck!

I have been going to Mai for 20 YEARS!!!! For nails and pedicures, she always does a FANTASTIC job, and her leg massages are to die for! She is always so fun and upbeat and I look forward to my monthly date with her!! You won't be disappointed!!!! I have had a favorite color now for 2 years and she keeps it in a drawer in her rolling bin for me!!!

First time going to this nail salon and I was very happy with the service I received! Both my manicure and pedicure were pleasant and I was very happy with the finished results. The price was very reasonable! The only thing I would've liked is if they had some sort of background music. The nail tech and I were the only ones there and it was strangely quiet.

My husband and I came today for the first time and I have to say that I will not be going anywhere else from now on. Mai is very kind and makes sure her work is great. Would recommend anyone to go see her and her lovely staff. Thank you Mai you are wonderful.

Have been here twice and won't return. You definitely get what you pay for. Aka it is inexpensive so don't go in with high standards. There's always a lot of staff working, so it's easy to walk in for an appointment.. however, because of this I always feel rushed.. even with an appointment. Last time I was in, it seemed like the gal wasn't even looking at my nails while she painted them. I could've used a third coat because of the color and some of my nails didn't have a topcoat in spots. Could have done a better manicure myself.

After coming in for about 8x now, I could definitely vouch ( based on my experience) that she is good of what she does! She does not put too much that like most nail techs do that your nails are so bulky looking. She makes it look natural and it stays on pretty well. She is studious and meticulous with her work. I come in once a month and she always make my hands feel prissy when I leave her salon. Highly recommend and her prices are truly reasonable.

Very aggressive with their upsell, felt rushed, and they made me bleed on two different occasions.Ended up paying nearly 300 for 2 manis and Patti's for their delux service, which I wasn't sure what was so delux about it, it was just a standard mani/pati.I don't care for the vibes or the chatter, especially if we have an obvious language barrier.

Would never go back. All the 1 star experiences are accurate. Pressured into more expensive services despite telling them what I wanted. The experience wasn't relaxing, it was painful. Then when I was done, my dip manicure had the messiest edges I've ever seen. This was after they cleaned it up further when I told them I was disappointed. I would never recommend this place.

Terrible experience, period. I asked for a Disney design but that was too much to ask. I ended up having cut skin on my pedicure. I had to ask her to file it down. I stopped going to this place years ago and now I remember why. The lady was also very rough when handling my feet. I get pedicures/manicures once a month. There are more reasonable places that actually treat you with kindness as a paying customer.
