Gene and Wayne always take good care of me and my vehicles. They have consistently provided exceptional customer service, fantastic communication and never oversold or overpromised. Work is done quickly, even though they are booked and busy all hours they are open. Highly recommended, will continue to bring my vehicles to them as long as I live in Spokane. If the work needing to be performed is more than they can accomplish, they recommend another local business whom they feel has a good reputation. I've not been steered wrong with their recommendations either!

I setup and appointment and went to drop off earlier than when they open (7:00am) and when I showed up at 6:30 they were already there! Wayne asked me a few questions and let me know when to expect a call (couple hours). They diagnosed my truck with a bad battery (over 5 yrs old) and told me what it would cost out the door. I’ll use them again for all my vehicles for sure!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Gene and Wayne are very friendly, fair and experienced. If they can't do something they will tell you up front and give recommendations. When they do work on your rig it will be done right and at a fair price. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Had to take my truck in for repair after having my motor replaced by another shop, so I was on a bit of a tight budget. The repairs were mounting and getting expensive. I let them know I was on a budget, and they worked with me to get everything I planned to get fixed for less than they quoted, but they went above and beyond and fixed further issues all while staying well under my budget. I went to drop off my car and the Technition behind the desk got upset besause i didn't drop of my car in the morning... He made me the customer feel bad and was very rude about it! Classless..

Absolutely the best and most trustworthy business in Spokane, bar none. Have been bringing my vehicles here for years and have often been surprised that what I thought may have been a major problem has ended up to be rather minor. Peace of mind means a lot and this is what they give you!
