I had a LR Braggs L6 acoustic pickup installed in my Guild thin bodied acoustic/Electric guitar, they did an excellent job with the guitar.Done in a timely manner, sounds amazingIt brought out the Lows and reduced the highs. Know longer tinny sounding.Thanks guy

Visited this shop while staying with a friend in Spokane. Really impressive selection of boutique guitar pedals that I'd love to come back and check out next time I'm in Spokane.I picked up a nylon string guitar at a vintage shop earlier in the day, and the staff here helped me get set up with a case and strings. Seemed like great guys.

Has never had the largest inventory in town, but what they do have is always really cool.But I'd love to give 2 thumbs up to Bob and Nate. I brought my new-to-me Ibanez Rg5320 (pictured) for a pickup swab and setup to B standard, which they did an excellent job. About 3 weeks later, the other guitarist in my band wanted to change tunings to C standard, and I brought it back in after trying to fix it myself but dealing with bad fret buzz. They ended up setting it up for Drop C, but were super accommodating when I told them it wasn't what was asked for, and had it fixed by the time I got off of work.In the past I've struggled with finding a reputable place to bring my guitars in, and lately, Mark's has just been on the ball with everything. Would definitely recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with the work they put in to my instrument. It plays better than it ever has. I’ll be taking all my guitars to them in the future. The quality of work, price and turnaround were all unbelievable.

I've had multiple guitars/basses of mine set up here and have been surprised by what an amazing difference it makes to have good work done by experienced professionals.I've felt as though the people working here bring out the best in my instruments. The prices are great for the quality of care that you receive and the work is always done in excellent time.It's always fun looking around at what's in store, too. Definitely the place I'd recommend to anyone in the Spokane area.

Excellent job cutting a new nut and bridge saddle for my acoustic guitar. Action setup was perfect. Have worked with other exceptional guitar techs in the past, Nate and the Mark's crew are as good as the best. Highly recommended.
