Went in to look at hair stuff. Opened the top of a hot roller dryer to check the actual size. flipped the open top...and there was hair ALL over it. Sick! Obviously it was a return.
Got to the register. While i was in line with 10 other people a VERY pissy young woman pulled a cart into the check out area to straightened out kids books. Literally throwing crap in a fit so hard that that stuff bounced out of her cart onto the floor. Flicking her hand after tossing stuff...all put out.
She had her shirt hanging off her shoulder, bra strap hanging out, blowing bubbles with her gum.
Good God....find a different job you're happy with.

The sales associate on the floor named, Charles was extremely rude. I love this store, but as I was shopping he grabbed a load of clothes on hangers that I was looking at and gave me a dirty look as he continued to clear off the rack. When he saw me he did not smile and was welcoming at all. Do better Charles.

Overheard a conversation between what seemed like a manager and a scared employee. Tall with brown hair. Talking down to your employees is NO way to run a business. Definitely do not want to shop somewhere that the employees are treated like that. Still feel terrible for that girl. I’ll take my business to TJ Maxx from now on.

Not good service and rude cashier elena blond hair to the shoulder of long she's rude asked to her if I could I apply to get a credit card and she looked me liked with bad actitud like because my color of skin I can't apply this person don't appreciate the customers why stores hired people that don't give good customers service ??????
