Walked in late one afternoon and told them my problems how my engine is puttering and my brakes were screaming and Mr. Martin said I don't need an appointment just bring it in and they can fix it for me. I dropped my van off the next morning and they did exactly only what they needed, which was awesome because any of the other garages I had taken a vehicle to would, what I felt like, was ROB ME BLIND! Not at Martins, after riding my bad brakes for so long I thought for sure I was going to need new roters, but no, they resurfaced my roters so I did not need to pay for brand new ones which was awesome! I am very pleased with thier work and honesty, but most of all the kindness and respect I recieved for customer service. PS: they also found why my engine was puttering (misfiring) and fixed that problem for me also. Thank you Martins Auto Services!

Visiting Spokane and my brakes were giving me trouble. Took it in the first day and they had the brakes replaced within a few hours and got it back to me the same day. Charged a pretty reasonable price for the four brakes to be changed, and they were personable and nice!

I called Martin's on a Thursday to get a cost estimate for a head gasket on a 1997 Honda Del Sol, B-Series engine. They took my name and number and said they would call me back. No call that day, or Friday, or Monday. So I called and talked to a lady, who didn't apologize and instead just starts asking me the same information. I stopped her and said the should have apologized and that I will take my job elsewhere, Then she finally apologized but I told I it was only because I said something. She asked if she could take my information again. I gave it to her. Then some man called me up and told me they didn't need my business, nor did they need to apologize for not calling. So customer service and manners mean nothing to these people. Take your business to someone who cares about you, your car and your money in that order.

Very competent service in a timely manner. I had my AC looked at and fixed. Reasonable price and great people to deal with. Will be going back for other work done! Highly recommend Martin's Auto Services.

If you're from out of town and have an emergency don't come here. They won't even try and help you at all.

Took my old Armada to them to replace what I now know was a bad wheel bearing last minute on a trip through Spokane about year ago, it was 4:30pm and they stayed late after closing, fixed it and got me back on the road. Fair price and went out of their way to help me out.

Hands down the best mechanic shop in Spokane. Excellent workmanship and speedy repairs. They have been taking care of our vehicles for a few years now and it’s great having a trustworthy shop to do business with. Great communication before they begin any repairs, too. They have a real mom & pops feel from yesteryear. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!
