There breaking the law. They legally have to provide 2 ways to get in contact with them. They don't answer phones or return emails.

When I came to this business I wanted to cancel my membership I was told they canceled it. I saw a charge on my card for 45 dollars when I came back in I told them I wanted my money back and they said they could do anything until the manager was here. The employee told me when he would be in and I kept coming in to talk to the manager but he was never there when they said he would be and each time I came in they told me they would just send me through because I'm already here and because they're in the wrong. When the manager was finally at work he told me that he's not going to refund even though it was his employees fault for not canceling my subscription and for all of his employees letting me through.

Excellent car wash extremely helpful staff. They care mire for my vehicle than I do, and I live my vehicle.

Not usually a complainer but this car wash was below average. I got the mega wash and had to request to go through a second time because there was still stuff on my car. Even after the second time through I wasn’t impressed. Then the vacuums are absolutely horrible. Not enough suction at all. Will not return.

One of the best car washes I’ve been to! Only negative thing is the suction on the vacuums aren’t that strong but everything else was excellent

They broke something on my car then told me it been broke. Which is a lie. Don’t go to them they don’t care about your car or you.

Clean/wax blue Highlander to sell. The car wash removed large spots of clearcoat above the windshield. Brought it to staffs attention he said "ahh its not that bad, don't worry about it. "
