Walked in, not one employee made eye contact or greeted us. There were not too many customers in the store either. My fiancé and I walked around the entire store and still no one asked us if we needed assistance or what brought us in. Not impressed

Gabriel was an outstanding representative, responsive to both myself and my wife as we had many requests, and questions. He greeted at the door, dropping the task he was doing to help and serve our needs. With great patience and hustle, he measured trousers, and found shirts and jackets of the right colors and sizes. Though I was not good at communicating my needs, he was always caring and listening, saving both of us a lot of time as I was replacing my wardrobe.

I did not appreciate our experience here at all. We had an appointment, checked in, no one greeted us. No one started helping us until until 15-20 minutes after our appointment and when they did they just said “ you guys can follow me.” (Blonde haired girl and guy with braces). You could tell the girl didn’t want to be there at all. She kept saying she was ready to be home. They were standing and gossiping about their job during the fitting and not helping at all. Our group is a friendly group of people and like to make sure what we were paying for was the right fit. They were looking at each other blankly and making weird faces at each other like they were annoyed and wanted us to hurry up the process and would were whispering. (Looks very bad on them.) They didn’t explain the process of renting at all, they just expected us to know. They were inpatient with letting us choose the groomsmen suit, and rushed us. Then when fitting, one of the groomsmen said he felt like his collar was tight and we were discussing it. Then he went back to his fitting room and the girl working asked us…”does he have trauma or something?”. That’s absolutely inappropriate to ask. He just isn’t used to wearing collars. I wanted to have a good experience here. If there was a different location we would have gone somewhere else. Nothing is worse then planning a Sunday trip to have a good experience picking out groomsmen suits and having a bad experience where staff are rushing you and are annoyed with your presence. Customer experience I would rate a 0. When spending $240 X 10 people (were BRINGING them service). We deserve great customer service not 0.On another note, the renting process I wouldn’t recommend. Groom has to pay around $50 just to set up his groomsmen to order the right suit (even if he isn’t ordering his from there). He is wanting to buy a suit to keep it just like I’m keeping my wedding dress. (which you can’t buy the rental style). You have to commit to renting the suit and paying that day. They don’t allow you to try on what they have and think on it or try on other suits to be sure. The one you choose from a picture is the one you commit to going with. (Let alone they rushed us through this process). We still got the suits but we’re not happy with our experience at all. I don’t remember the last time I left a review let alone a bad one. Not happy with the customer service.

Came in to Men's Warehouse at north Spokane today to upgrade my entire wardrobe for a new job. In the past, I've been greeted and asked if I needed help. Seeing as I'm 6'3" I need some measurements taken and adjustments done to most clothing items. Not once was i asked if I needed help, and when asking for help was quickly brushed off. Other people after me were greeted with kindness and urgency, as I stood there looking like an idiot. I've done business with Men's Warehouse for years and my last experience was nothing short of horrible. Was really looking forward to a new wardrobe. Instead, I left feeling like someone just ran over my dog and flipped me the middle finger while doing so. I won't be back.

I don’t really review places but felt like because of the positive experience I had it seemed appropriate. I was greeted warmly by Tom who asked what I was in for. I explained I needed a suit for an interview next week. He took some quick measurements and shopped around the store and found a perfect suit in the exact blue color I was looking for. They had my size in stock in pants and jacket. Then he helped me pick out a shirt that looked great. Tom even looked up a deal promo they had going on to help me save some money. It was a great experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a suit to go in and see them. Thank you!

Every staff member was friendly. We did not make an appointment but we were still greeted and helped quickly (we have babies so when we saw a time window we just went for it). All we knew was that we'd like a navy colored suit for my fiancee to wear for our wedding next month. Tom has style! We said what our budget was and he took the time to show us a couple of different styles and color combos that we wouldn't have thought of and absolutely loved! Tom was asked for help by several staff members and juggled giving us top notch service and assisting his team members with utmost professionalism. Thank you Men's Wearhouse for an enjoyable shopping experience!

still horrible and hasn’t changed since 2016.. The other day I went in with my fiancée for suit fitting (ps not technically our suit fitting, it was for another wedding we would be going to) Anyways I had scheduled a suit fitting for one in the evening and mind you it was already a drive up there so I wanted to actually make sure I was going to be fitted. We went in 20 mins early just to make sure since they seemed a bit busy and I couldnt find my appointment time. When we walked in we weren’t even greeted by anyone. There were some other people being helped as well as some walking around waiting to be helped. I decided to stand in some sort of a line hoping I would be helped. There were two guys at the counter. One guys seemed like he had no idea what he was doing and the other guy seemed rude and irritated. I even saw him curse, probably to himself, as he was typing away at the computer. Turns out he was helping another couple for their suits for their wedding and seemed extremely rude to them when he was talking to them.. Very unprofessional.. Anyways we waited for about 20 mins and I was okay at first since my appointment supposedly was at 6pm. By the time 6pm rolled around almost half of the workers decided to clock out and just kinda started to laugh as they walked out the door! Heck even one girl walked up to another guy who was already being helped and we were behind him, waiting to be helped and she went “have u been helped?” The man said yup and she’s like okay and walks over to her coworker to say okay I’m going home!” As she walks back to the computers and clocks out knowing full well there were 2-3 other customers waiting for suits.. my fiancée and I waited for a little bit longer to see if anyone would help us and then another guy ended up clocking out so there were two workers in the whole store for about 2-3 customers. ??♂️ Even one of the guys that I mentioned (the one who was struggling) said “yeah we only have two people in the store for 3-4 more hours.” What! Why would you even bother to stay open late if you can’t staff well! I have already disliked menswear’s house since 2016 cause they were extremely rude to my date and I during prom season and still seem to be that way! They are over priced. Not helpful, rude and the website is a pain too! Definitely won’t rent or buy anything from here if I can help it!!

My Fiance' a d I went in to the store to order his tux for our wedding and they normally have you schedule an appointment. They were a little slow so they helped us with out question. Thank you Mens Warehouse!!!

They were very short handed on a Saturday and I had to wait forever (at least an hour before I even talked to anyone) but I give four stars because the gentleman who helped me was awesome. I wish I could remember his name, big guy with full beard. Amazing service, set me up with exactly what I was looking for after several other stores failed (bc I'm a bigger guy and size options were slim) but could def use more help in there on the weekends.
