This is the best phone store I've ever been to
His name is Colton, I Believe. Or Colson. I think it's Colton. He has been so nice to me since the day he signed me up, nice and helpful. I am pleased w my phone and the service and everything. The other lady a couple of weeks ago was very nice and helpful too.

My neighborhood Metro PCS did not have what I needed so I begrudgingly went to this location as they did. I was actually extremely impressed by this place and the products that they did have. The biggest thing was the store representative Coleson who went above and beyond to help me out. He was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I will be back to this location for my cellphone needs.

This place is not helpful and not worth your time to go down here the workers are not help full and they will not help you out and the manger that help me did not do a good job with customer support experiences that I ever had and I was a new customer that need my bill fix and he did not help at all he told me to call customer Care and they can help me but customer Care told me that they can’t help me. I had to go to the. Store to get a pin

No music, no atmosphere, just stuck in a robotic environment. The employee was very knowledgeable, and helpful, but oozing zero energy, I did get everything done that I needed help with.Hey metro, maybe let the employees listen to music, they'd probably be a tad happier.

7 days ago, 3:50 PM Oct 6th?There was an incident at the T-Mobile store in the Spokane bus Plaza today. A lady lost her phone and tried to get help from the young man working there. He wasn't much help and the woman was upset about losing her phone.Apparently there were some words exchanged between the two and he was extremely rude to her leaving her crying. Apparently this is all on video according to him. After she left he and the girl working there were laughing at her. And when I poked my head in and asked if he was laughing at her he said he was.This lady has been your customer for a year and does not deserve to be treated in such a manner. I too have been a customer and was also treated extremely disrespectfully. This young man needs to be fired and you can find someone more suited to serve the public. Highly recommend this metro store ! Was in and out real quick !! Shout out to Quentin for recommending the charger for my phone charges super quick !
