I came in to ask a question. You guys couldn't help me, so I left. About 10 minutes later I realized my wallet was missing. I ran back but didn't see it. 5 minutes later my phone pings and it's a notification from Paypal that my card was JUST used at that TMobile store. I HATE that you have card readers that don't require a PIN !!!!!! Anastasia was working and she was WONDERFUL!!!!!! She was able to void the charge, and suggested I look in the garbage cans due to the high population of houseless people. She even went and checked the dumpster in back, and sure enough, my ID, all my cards, everything except for my cash (under $10) was in the dumpster. My experience at the store was no good, but Anastasia and the girl on the phone the next day were great. But PLEASE get rid of those card readers that don't require a PIN!!!!!

Friendly service. The two ladies who helped me yesterday went out of their way to get me all the spec's of the free phones offered on the plan I purchased so I could confidently chose the phone I would be most happy with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend and I were calling to separate her and her ex boyfriends phone lines and we talked with a very RUDE employee Anastasia, she continued to tell my friend there's nothing she can do and all we were trying to ask is how we should go about this.. I'm not understanding why metro has a phone line if employees can assist customers. I asked Anastasia her first and last name and she said that I don't need her last name and laughed and hung up. Thanks Metro for your help... not. Management needs to hold employees accountable for their actions

I have stayed away from buying a new phone from metro for years. Decided to buy a new one for my wife. So i came in to upgrade. Had a lady put on the screen protector so i wouldn't be liable for it if it wasn't put on correctly. It wasnt put on correctly which caused it to bow and crack. Came in to have it replaced for free like i have done before with my older phones. I spoke to the supposed manager (a some short lady) and she was very rude and refused to do anything about it. As i was leaving she stated have a blessed day which is agaist my religion and is not busniess appropriate. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially if its run by the same lady.

I went in because I broke my phone. I was due for an upgrade and the dude working made sure I got taken care of. I do gotta say, I’ve had some bad experiences with metro, but not all stores are ran by the same people and this store went above and beyond to help me out. I hope the person working also gets a pat on the back because he was awesome.

Monica is awesome! Super sweet and courteous, great quick service and extremely accommodating. I've been a customer of Metro PCS for a few years now and I will never switch. These guys are so affordable and wonderful, I appreciate their supreme customer service every time I have to come in! Crushing it!

Went in on a Sunday. Anthony was very knowledgeable and helpful with my transactions. Ended up buying 2 phones and some accessories and upgrading my contract for the same monthly fee. He was really busy and my transactions took a lot of his time but he remained professional with everyone and had fantastic customer service. Thank you Anthony!

Stopped in to see fred.he has always helped me with programing my phone im a little older.and sometimes need a little help with my Amazon prime.he was not in.and Austin is not a nice guy.he told me in was a manager at another store.hmm who gave him that position.not!!! A manager!he has no customer service skill!! Retrain Austin!!!!!
