These guys were the nicest and most patient workers ever, I came to transfer my phone from Verizon and get MetroPCS home internet, and they helped me through it all even when I didn't have the right transfer pin, they got pretty busy but still helped me through it while taking care of the other customers too, got out of there in about 30 minutes with a pretty decent process to handle, also you can't hate their prices either much better than other carriers. Noah and the other new worker were awesome ?

I would avoid this location.They gave me the wrong phone and would not exchange itThe phone they gave me is trash, the battery doesn't hold a charge. (T-Mobile revvl 6)The employee I dealt with was rude and lied to me.I talked to metro corporate, the franchise owner of this location and district manager they were not helpful at all.

If there was a option for a minus zero,I would.have put that I bought a phone yesterday,I had to go back in there because there was no instructions or US so I had to purchase a 40 USB, I wasn't t,,Very rude of Noah to say ,T mobile doesn't give that most people ask when they are buying a phone,So I left,I was continuing to set up my phone & it locked up on me said it needed a 4 digit pin # I didn't set up anything like that,I had to set a 6 and 8 letter pin, I was told they can't do anything sent me to geek squad they can't do anything I am without a Workin phone Go somewhere else,I should have01/16/2023I had to go there today to pay my phone bill,this manager Noahdoes not look at me,and continues to be rude,The manager Noah said he would charge me $25 dollars to change my bill date by 4 daysI called customer service,He was trying to charge over the amount it would have been, Customer Service did it for free,Then they sent a fthis to Management,This is wrong & not professional of a manager ,or Honest

6 months I I got a phone from Metro on Market,the manager Noah,lacks,customer service,doesn't help ,Gets very short when asked a question about my phone,I avoid going there& send someone else to pay my bill.In case he is working,I , 01/16/23 I had to pay my bill,his attitude was the same as 6 months ago,I needed to move the due date,I asked for 4 extra days,thisManager does not look at the customer,He told me it would cost me $25 or $30 dollars,unbelievable,I left,called customer service & they said he is incorrect,he tried overcharging me,Metro Customer service did it for free,and made another complaint,I dread going in there,His lack of quality service,and not being honest is very weak,as a Manager???

We have been a metro customer for over 4 years. Tried to upgrade a phone and wanted to add one out of two store we went to we were told how much time it would, how they did not have wanted or anything else to help us. We are no longer with Metro

My wife and I went to this store to get help the guy working the counter refused to help us because the phone we have isn't a Metro by T-Mobile phone and my wife asked for the manager and he told us he was the manager of that location . This individual was very unprofessional and refused service that my wife and I were gladly to pay to get help. His tone and behavior and rudeness and use of profanity when we asked for his DMs phone number he refused to give us the number to his district manager. . This morning I called customer service with Metro by T-Mobile I filed a complaint about the guy at this market location and they assured me this individual needs to be terminated from employment Don't not go to this location they're very rude and unprofessional I'll be more satisfied if the gentleman who claimed to be the store manager should be terminated because he refused service. I work in customer service if I refused service I would be terminated immediately

Absolutely do NOT go to this metro store. Was going to switch and received the absolute worst customer service from a youngish blonde female with glasses who was angry she couldn't stand outside and keep smoking by the door I was greeted with "what do you want " to first refusal to honor metros online offer to straight trying to over charge by $200. Went to division and central and received outstanding service. Go there and avoid the snide lazy thief

After being a customer for over 2 years i came in with my boyfriend to make changes to our account and to ask about the internet connectivity program that we had heard of and when i asked if it was accepted i was completely ignored as if i hadnt said a word. There was nobody else as distraction for an excuse. And unless she was hard of hearing... There was no reason for the question to be ignored like it was. And on another occasion i hadnt realized they were closed, the door was not locked, so when i started to come through the door the expression i saw looked like i was stupid and should have known they werent open. Normally i would give the store a better rating. But they are just too rude

Super sweet ladies made the process fast and were friendly. Made all the difference for me. Make this your metro you won't walk away disappointed period! Best service in the N.W. by far from the phone to the plan. Won't shake your phone like an etch a sketch for service to buffer cuz they powered by the best. Get some. ?

I was with T-Mobile for over 5 years,stopped the service about 5 months ago,and have been thinking of going back,don't have as many offices anymore will have to drive 2 hours to get to one,but it could be worth it
