I was told my picture frame would be done on the 26 of June, and it wasn't. I went in on Friday the 29th still bot done. I asked if it could be done that afternoon, and she said yes. I'm so glad I didn't drive the 100 miles in. I called on Sunday and asked if it was done they told me it's almost done, and I said, "Can it get done this afternoon they said yes. We will move you to the top. Then I asked what time I would be driving a 100 miles. They said by 2. I got in there and finally got me picture. Not to mention, the picture is upside down. So, no, not happy

Worst experience ever. So ever since gas went on the rise and me trying to do my part to have a smaller carbon footprint I have been riding my bike most days to work and to anywhere else I need to go. When I went to Micheal's to get my mom a birthday gift (crochet hooks with the cushioned handles) for $98.00 but when I got to Michael's they decided to call Metro and tell them that I am stealing so in Metro got there they accused me and found out that I wasn't stealing made me open up my backpack with all my personal belongings and humiliated me belittled me and right there I should have took my business elsewhere but instead I still bought the crochet hooks for my mom when I went to report it to Metro he said they look into it and that the store had called this so I called the manager the store and they just hung up on me if you want to get discriminated against by all means go to Michaels.

Always well stocked with good service! Just went in right before mother's day for framing help and Vale was wonderful! They helped me pick the right color and sized mat for a strange sized project and we're even kind enough to expedite it for me in time for mother's day. I will be back to ask them for help with my next framing project.

Went into the store for a few supplies for work. The first associate was so sweet and helpful. I then had an emergency and needed to use the restroom, on the door the sign said bathrooms closed but if an emergency ask an associate, I did just that and NO ONE would open the door for me. I proceeded to leave the store without buying anything. Absolutely rude, change the sign if your going to flat out not let anyone in the restroom.

Jamie has terrible customer service. On her phone at register while customers are waiting in the line to be helped. Terrible attitude when asked about the box being bent her exact words being "I can't discount it, the box is damaged but I can't tell if anything inside is damaged". Well Jamie, that is when you get your manager and ask them for their opinion. :) Or just hurry us along so you can get back on your phone, whatever you call customer service is a joke.

Not what it used to be.. got harassed soon as we entered cause my gf is all tattooed up. The markers and pens are locked up to the point u can't even test them all completely. Waited for awhile to get someone to help us and it was even slow. Times have changed

We brought a couple canvases in for stretching and the framer did a wonderful job. He even added hangers for us. The canvases were stretched within two weeks and the service was affordable. Great job!

To me it could do better. It doesn't even have half of the supplies I need for the types of craft I'm into. Michaels is disappointing.
