This review is a long time coming to some people who went above and beyond to keep me as a customer, I have needed to do this for months! Anywho, I had an issue with an employee who decided she needed the cart I was using and left me standing there with an arm full of things I was going to buy. I was no happy to say the least. I sent an email explaining my experience and the store Manager called me the very next day. He was very apologetic gave me a big discount on my next purchase and even offered to put my name on my own cart lol. His name is Michael and he was very professional and understanding. Also Kirsten was most helpful as well. These guys really really care about customer service and it shows!

It's always a pleasure going into Michaels. Usually, I go in for yarn and crocheting supplies and they always have a great selection. I always leave with more than needed ?.

Need to be remodeled. Consistent with today s thoughts it needs to be worked throughout. The cars aren't needed here should be recycled through the dealerships.

It's a Michaels. The service is fine, the products are good, if not a little expensive. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the store. The floor is often dirty, boxes are everywhere, and the bathroom is not a pleasant place to use. But, I always find what I'm looking for and it's fun to shop their seasonal stuff!

Michaels is a decent place to find a little of everything. This particular location always has an abundance of holiday surplus as well as a good supply of inks, paints, brushes, and pens. I needed a specific acrylic ink and they had it.

I've come to enjoy heading into Michaels over the years. They typically have all the supplies to help get school projects off the ground and through completion. They also have a pretty decent supply of frames which is nice. Seasonal products are always in place a month or two ahead of time giving people like me plenty of time to work through gift making/giving. In recent years there has been a bit more sticker shock, but emailed coupons generally help with that. While the staff is usually friendly, often times it's difficult to find help. I suppose that is the case just about everywhere these days.

I love the variety of arts and crafts that you can get at Michaels. They almost always have sales and specials that make it easier for artists to be able to find the supplies they need at a reasonable price.

Big Michael's location. We found everything we needed here. They've got tons of paints, brushes, canvases, and so much more. Some things were hard to find, but the workers were really kind and helpful.

Great store lots of crafting supplies and hobby supplies. Make a plan be fore going in or you may leave with more than u needed. Lol. Love this place for my art supplies, my daughters slime crafting and wifes painting and sewing ideas.

Lots of craft supplies for anything you can imagine and home decorating ideas and the customer service is great the people that are running around on the floor are always willing to help you and give you ideas and there's always something on sale!!

Love this store!!! Always go in looking for one thing and come out with 20 things!! And sometimes more. Always great discount items, hence coming out with more than I thought I needed. Staff is friendly as well.
