This gas station is trash i watched a old man fall with his cup of ice so I went to help him up went inside and asked if I could get another cup of ice they said yes the proceded to try and charge me for said cup of ice like what a trash place no human decency will not be back

Customer service is grossly inadequate here. Truly shows that people don’t give a shit about their jobs. Drinking and snacking getting crap every where while handling ur merchandise with dirty hands. Never again. Time of day 9am on Saturday June 21 2025.

This store has, by far the worst management in spokane! Every time ive been in this store, nothing is ever restocked, soda machines dont work, coffee taste bad, when there is a
long line forming the manager refuses to jump on the second register. Not to mention the cashiers they hire never know how to do their job. It's a shame because of how wonderful the location is. I pop in every now and then to bare the horrible service to see if it gets better. It's always the same.

Aren't Clark's required to know the current gas prices? I sure was when I was in the biz 30 years ago. The Clark had no clue on the price of high test. I drive a two stroke bike and only buy 1 or 2 gallons precisely for easy calculation of the oil mix. I had to walk back outside to the pump for the price. It's not just here. It's a trend .This was the third different gas station and different company in a row that the clerk didn't know the prices of anything but regular, and then only because it was posted on the large easy to read street sign he/she could read from inside at the cash register ¯\_(ツ)_/ it's not unreasonable to expect employees to know the price of the products they sell. ?

Exxon/Mobile is always friendly and thet know me by my name and arw always happy to see me which I live about them.I support exxon/mobile above all gasoline stations for so many reasons.I cam shake my keys when I'm there.

Construction made entry difficult. Pump would not read my card. Employees were occupied with conversation with a local customer, leaving me waiting a bit. Next time, I will cross the freeway to Fred Meyer's.
