They are racist. The information I got from the call center was different than what staff in the store told me and I have been told something different each time. I am a black Queen and they discriminated against me and asked me for documentation that is not required to apply for the loan I was applying for. I have now been treated differently because of the color of my skin on 3 separate occasions from this company. Do not waste your time here. They should just shut the whole place down.

I go to the moneytree on division and I have nvr had a bad experience there and they don't charge that much compared to other places I've been too, staff is always nice to me no matter who I get to help me, I also felt like the process was fast and easy, they definitely come in handy if ur low income like me on ssi

Absolutely pointless. I got stuck at work and could not make it to my bank in time, I was referred to money tree, just to be told they can't help me because they have never heard of the largest used car and RV dealer in Spokane.... Told me to come back when she could verify that it's a real business, after making me provide the paystub and all supporting documents from said business.Do not waste your time..

I was with my significant other and Rhonda treated us pretty rudely. She interrupted us multiple times, had us repeat every other thing because she wasn’t very attentive due to the fact she was more concerned about getting our descriptions for whatever reason (I understand fraud most definitely happens, however we were very polite and honest.) I caught her just staring at me multiple times, without a smile or greeting.Definitely felt judged walking in there- It was my 1st time and most definitely my last.

Would rate 0 if I could - Rhonda treated me like I was committing fraud and was extremely rude, asked personal questions that shouldn’t have been asked and charged me the wrong fee for my check.
