This store meets most of our needs. I have been pleased with the pharmacy and considering it is not a super store it has most everything we need. Thank you for your service.

I went to the Walmart tire center this morning at 8, because that's when they were supposed to open. Waited for a half hour for them to finally open. Now I realize it's nobody's dream to work there, but I didn't force you to, if you're going to be in customer service, be f***ing nice. I've been in customer service for almost 20 years, it's not that hard to do. Eventually they began working on my car (an hour after I got there, with only 2 cars ahead of me) finally at 10:48 I asked if they were done yet, the cashier, Mike, was like "no, they're still working on it." I was like, "oh, well they said it would only take a half hour." And he was like, "well they lied then." I don't do reviews, everyone has a crappy day, but this has happened at Walmart on more then one occasion, and I'm over them getting away with they're sh*tty behavior. I'll never get my oil changed there again, the only reason I went there in the first place is my usual place was closed. It should not take 2 and half hours to do an oil change, ever. It never has before.

Found everything I needed for my camp trip and the lady who helped me was incredibly nice and considerate. I came in through the "outdoor/garden" doors and she let me know that those doors get locked up at 7p. I found what I needed right before 7 and she checked me out, was extremely polite and I thanked her again for letting me know about the doors locking otherwise I would have had to go all the way to the other side of the store to get out then walk back to my car.

Called the pharmacy to have them look into my file to see if there were any other prescriptions that I needed filled as they are all on separate time frames and spoke with Tyler. I was not enthused with the manner of how he spoke to me. I was very specific with my needs and cut me off with a very condescending tone. I understand the world is all struggling with people showing up to work but if I'm not being a jerk, there's no reason for the employees to be a jerk back. Still never had my question answered about what prescriptions were coming close to needing a refill. I've never had an issue until now and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be pulling my prescriptions after I receive the one I checked on.

It seems like there's been a spate of rudeness at this store. Today I went to buy a plastic 32 gal garbage can. There were 3 rows, seemingly all identical. One was about $7.50, the other a little over ten, the other 13 plus. I hunted down an "associate" and asked him why the differences in price? He very dismissively just said (not in these exact words), "Hell if I know. Who cares?" Very rude and unhelpful. I had a very valid question. Shouldn't people who're paid to help know a "little" about products and pricing? Shouldn't they should a "little" interest? I'm thinking of moving my shopping over to BiMart in Cheney when I'm there. Maybe they'll be a little *less* rude and unhelpful, but rudeness seems more and more common in all stores these days, so maybe I've got to just swallow the bitter pill [In all fairness, there're usually a few who are polite and helpful.]

I had to download this Yelp app just to make this review. So I purchased a 70 inch LG tv at Wellesley Walmart and a week later it starts spotting but I've already bought a mount and paid $200 for the mounting service. the mount requires a drill which I don't have and this is a 2 man service for this tv. I'm only one guy and I don't want to have to pay for another mounting service so I speak with Tammy a manager in the electronics section to see if she can help me with at least a warranty or partial refund for this defective tv I purchased. Tammy tells me to take down the tv and bring it in not trying to understand my situation & even if I did so theres no other 70 inch LG available for the same price. So then she tries to redirect me to LG to see if they can help me because she says she's not responsible for a defective tv. I tell her yes she is as the seller you're responsible for everything that you sell. After about 30 minutes of going back and forth Tammy says I can give you half off on the warranty take it or leave it. I tell her if you can offer half off you can give it to me for free. I'm simply asking for a $50 warranty on a $500+ tv I've bought from you. Tammy tells me she's tired of arguing with me and says she doesn't have time for me & doesn't care if I don't shop there ever again. Prints the warranty receipt and throws it at and walks away. I go up front to speak with the store director about the way I've been treated by this employee and a guy named Doug comes out and asks if I need help. I tell Doug I'm looking to speak to the store director and Doug who isn't so bright says well I'm a manager how can I help. I explain the situation to Doug who says he's already aware of the situation because they talk on their head pieces & Doug asked "well what do you want me to do about this ?" I asked Doug did you just ask me a customer and you a manager what should be done about this situation ? Doug tells me that Tammy is is supervisor so I asked Doug then why the hell are you here talking to me about a person who is above you ? Doug tells me that darth who is the store director isn't here today. I'll be going to see darth tomorrow and for the basket of items I had in my cart to buy ? Tammy can put all that back.

I disagree with the bad reviews for this Walmart granted it does not carry produce or liquor but for every day items it is quick in and quick out. The employees are helpful and courteous and always willing to assist you.

So I was going here to get my film developed. And on April 20th I brought it in the man told me it would take 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and I call back and the guy tells me it will take 6 weeks. And today I just called and the guy on the phone was saying it should be here soon and giving me attitude. He didn't check to see if my name was there until I asked him to. And he told me to call back. So I think this service is a$$ and I will not be getting it developed through them again.

I understand the manager is trying to meet Covid-19 requirements but today was a horrible experience. I had placed a couple of large orders and waited until all the store pick up items were in. After checking online for the pickup in store times, I showed up at 8 AM. First, I parked in the handicapped spots near the door because I have a very bad back. I went to walk into the entrance closest to the handicapped spots only to be stopped by an employee improperly wearing a mask. I had to go out and all the way around to the other side of the barricades to the other entrance of the store. One way in, one way out. By the time I picked up a couple things from the pharmacy area that I forgot to order, and I paid for them ... my back was really hurting. The cashier had one person in front of me and was slower than molasses. I also asked the cashier to pass a message back to the manager - that making handicapped people walk any further than they have to, by virtue of allowing only single entry point ... is cruel. By this time I've noticed that at least half the staff are improperly wearing masks making them useless. I stopped at the online pickup area to get my orders and one of your employees watched me get almost done checking in before telling me the pickup time starts at 11. I told her the online time still says 8 and she just shrugged and pointed at a small sign I hadn't seen because of it's placement. I came back at 11 - only to wait for 20 minutes before anyone came to help with my order. The chairs have been taken away so there is no place to sit while you wait - making my back hurt even more. I even hit the red light to ask for help a couple times, but it was just turned off remotely and no one showed up in response to it. I order like this because I have a very bad back, and standing for more than 3 minutes or walking more than 100 feet feels like torture. The poor guy who came in right after me had a worse time. Your check in machine wouldn't take his name, order number, it scanned the bar code from his phone ... but none of it would take and notify staff he was there. We hit the red call button for him and it was almost instantly turned off remotely. Something your staff need to know: being disabled can be hell on earth trying to negotiate the normal world. We rely on those chairs to take a break from pain, on not having to walk extra steps, on employees being willing to do their job in a timely manner ... Today was a serious failure.

Always out of product, who manages this store, they should be fired. Employees standing around and empty shelves.

I have been shopping here for a few years and I will admit that the employees are very polite and care about their customers. I'd rather shop he re e than the North Point location, even if the North Point location has more food selections.

This is the worst Walmart in town. It is not a super center, so it doesn't have alcohol or any fresh produce- which is really what I'm after if I'm going to Walmart in the first place. The entrance and exit are set up super weird with single doors that multiple people are always trying to cram in and out of all at once. There is also a bunny that lives in the parking lot apparently that I reported to a lost pets page and a woman who claimed to be the owner of this particular Walmart got on my post and wrote in all caps "THIS RABBIT LIVES HERE AND ANYONE WHO TRIES TO DISTURB HIM WILL BE ESCORTED OFF OF THIS PRIVATE PROPERTY" which I thought was super aggressive since I was just trying to help someone find their lost pet.

Best customer service ever in the tire center!! Pulled into town with a tire that was going flat just as they were fixing to close. They greeted me with a smile anyway. They got my tire fixed & I was back on the road. Thanks Walmart tire center!! Made my day! I really appreciate it!!

So I went to this Walmart to buy an Xbox elite controller, got home to find out the back grips were missing, went straight back to the Walmart, told them what was going on. They check the serial numbers like they should and it turns out the controller I bought did not match the box serial number, now because of this they refused to return or even exchange the item. So thanks to this Walmart I just wasted 160 dollars on a controller that isn't whole.

This Walmart has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were unsure of the cell phone return policy so we needed to speak to the supervisor who was on duty. The supervisor came to the customer service desk and began yelling and berating us for not knowing the return policy. This was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Unless you want to be belittled and humiliated, avoid this customer service department.
