I'll blame the top management. 1st, there are only 4 people working at the bank during business hours...the 2(?) tellers are overwhelmed with people waiting on-line. 2nd, people in management positions are arrogant and too condescending with customers who ask for assistance on confusing details on their accounts...they wave us off to the ATM outside by telling us that the the ATM will fix our problem. The B of A should hire more people...all customers are equal.

I came two days ago trying to get help about getting a new debit card (old one was lost). When I came in, there was only two tellers and a lot more customers. I was asked to wait for a specialist who can help me get a new one. I waited about 30 minutes and no one even approached me. Ended up walking out because I had to go to work. Two days later, I try again and visit this location. This time, there was only ONE teller and about 8-10 customers in line. Waiting time is absolutely terrible at this location. I'd like to state that the tellers do NOT have any fault. Management in fact, should be held accountable and start scheduling more tellers. The high demand of service at this branch should be matched with more people on the clock for a better experience.

this place is horrible, 3 different times i have waited and not had my problem resolved. I went in today between 12pm pm-1pm and saw everyone milling around not helping anyone. I was approached after 10 minutes and explained my problem to a young woman who is supposed to place me with a banker? I explain my problem and she goes off to talk to a woman . She comes back and tells me that someone can get to me in 15 minutes or i can call customer service. Which i had done earlier and was on hold and then got disconnected. I closed my checking account awhile ago because of horrible service......These people at this location truly do not care about us.

Went in to check if there were any outstanding charges left on a closed account. I was told they did not have any records showing for an account. Just received a letter from Blah of America stating I have had a balance past due since the closing on March 10th, 2017!

If I could give this bank no stars I would. Literally the worst ever. I wish the outfits matched the hospitality and service because these people won't even greet you, don't plan on coming back unless to use the ATM.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. But I suppose I owe it one star for the nice gentleman who greeted us and said they'd be right with us (which they did not). So my family and I walked into this branch a little before 4 pm expecting to open an account. Keep in mind, it was relatively empty. We stood around for a bit looking for help until a gentleman approached us, directed us to the red couches in the front and told us that a personal banker will be right with us. And so we sat down. 20 minutes passed and the branch begins booming (likely because it was approaching closing time). We counted as a family of four came in, and then a couple, and another lady came in to sit down on the couches in front of us. All of whom were eventually helped before us. At the time, there was an employee in red walking the floor with her superficial-customer-service-smile-and-tone "How may I help you today?" and gave instruction per individual. For the next 15 minutes, we watched as she approached everyone on the couches, as well as Every. Single. Person. In. The. Line. (I kid you not)... But us. She did not even bat an eye in our direction. At the first two people that "cut" in front of us, we figured they might've been by appointment. However, when she approached the third lady who JUST sat down, she was nice enough to voice "I'm sorry, but they were actually here before me". The teller ignored it and proceeded to direct her to one of the cubicles. 45 minutes in were confused and upset, so my brother pretends to walk by the cubicles. Sure enough, through their dialogue, all those that were helped before us were also walk-ins. Completely and utterly disgusted with the blatant racism and prejudice from this branch. Very disappointed, Bank of America.

This branch excels at not listening to what you are asking. There reps tend to ignore you when you say you do not want any new saving account options but, at the same time manage to mess up the account services that you originally asked them to complete. I haven't yet tried to close my account and withdraw my money but I am certain that will be a comedy of errors.

I never reviewed a bank before, but I am a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. To start with, I am a new BOA customer, and still have another bank as my main bank but wanted to start a savings with BOA so did so myself online. I come in here to adjust some things and ask a few questions, and the representative, Tyler, that helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This other big name bank I have been a member of for years, I went in to talk to them a week ago, and left extremely let down which was my decision to try BOA. At first walking in there was about 4 people sitting down so I was like, ok here we go, preparing myself for a long wait but everyone was helped timely and taken care of fast. To make a long story short, Tyler provided such good customer service, who knows, I may even convert all of my things over to them. I also ended up leaving with a checking account and a credit card, neither of which I came in there for. I'm a new customer, so I am sure there are people who have had issues like any bank, but I highly recommend if you are planning on opening a checking or savings account, or well, anything really, you head to this BOA.
