“Global has been my CU for more than 30 years. I can honestly say that they have been very good for all of those years. Always friendly and helpful inside the building and whenever I've called their customer service. These days representatives like Allie working the downtown banking counter are super helpful. I'm a bit of a technically challenged person and was introduced to some of the debit card security features recently when visiting to the downtown branch. It was easy to understand and I feel very helpful in keeping the scammers from getting their hands on our funds. The app is intuitive and very easy to use. I so appreciate their patience when showing me how all of it works. The only downside is when looking for a loan they aren't always the lowest rate, so we have picked up loans elsewhere. Good place to store your money and have easy access when needed.”
