Unfortunately the employees don't believe in "the customer is always right". They need to work on their customer service skills. Limited product selection and average prices.

Jeff is the man!!! I was visiting from Canada, had a pulley tensioner crap the bed and blew a belt. Not only did they have the parts I needed they also lent me the tools to quickly fix my car in the parking lot. Can't say enough about Jeff's customer service!

Fantastic service. The folks here gave me good advice on dealing with a draining battery issue and even talked me out of buying a more expensive part than I needed, saving me about $200 dollars.
