“Dan the Moving Man moved my upright piano with such care and expertise after it had been in storage for a year. It was wrapped from being moved previously but they took the time to unwrap and assess it fully prior to moving it. They worked quickly and efficiently, were so good natured and friendly, and then took the time to ensure that my floors were protected when they placed the piano. Pricing was fair and less than quoted due to their efficiency and they gave me advice on piano tuning and care. Will absolutely use them again!”

Within a matter of a couple of hours, I had done a walk-through video explaining the inventory. She then quickly prepared to quote. “Easy return process, cordial staff. Just be advised if you did not pick up your equipment at that location, that the address is actually off sunset blvd, and the property must be entered from the side street. If you are in a larger vehicle or are towing, making a safe u-turn could be challenging.”
“The staff at this location, Otis Orchards is great. I could not get the delivery moved up over the 800 number, but David Henry made arrangements to deliver one day earlier after I stopped by their local office. Great customer service for accommodating our need to have the POD delivered one day earlier. Both delivery and pick up drivers were great and answered our questions.
Call wait times on 800 number way too long.”
“My family met there for dinner. It was my first time at Shogun. We sat in a private booth. It was nice, quiet (er) and clean. We ordered sushi all around. The sushi my husband ordered was deep fried, underdone and very greasy. It looked like it. I ordered the yakasoba, which was good but the Nigiri was not a good cut at all. It was stringy and very hard to chew. Service was okay. They were rushing and not one server made eye contact, which felt odd. I'm thinking it may be a better place for lunch when it's not so busy?”
