An amazing staff, kind and attentive. We were seen quickly and asked multiple times if we needed anything to drink or a little snack. The respect and dignity was refreshing. Rooms were clean and stocked with sanitizer, extra masks, a full sink and paper towels. Smelled nice and not medical cleanser. Music wasn’t bad either. All in all really liked this location.

Had an 8 am confirmed appointment today. Doors were locked when I got there, but the lights were on.?No call. No sign on the door.I tried calling. No answer. I could see someone in back.Waited almost 30 min. Finally thought to call a different Urgent Care.This one was closed due to a staffing issue.This I understand. I do not understand why there was no sign. Or why in the 30 minutes I was standing there no one came to the door to tell me they were closed.I have had good care here. Very disappointed.

This was the best urgent care appointment I’ve ever experienced. My two year old has had an on going cough and not only did they NOT brush me off and tell me to wait it out, they gave her a snack and juice to ease her tension. She’s normally a crier at the doctor but she was super happy to be around the staff. 10/10 experience

Staff is so amazing!! I’ve been in and out of here for the past 2 weeks and each time I’ve come in they’re super kind and helpful. They always make sure I get the care I need.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was in twice, the first without an appointment, and then the follow up with one. My wait wasn't very long for either visit. The medical staff were really kind and caring, making sure they listened to what I was saying about my issue and getting me on the appropriate medications. They gave me a good direction for treatment moving forward, including a possible medication shift. I would definitely return if I am in a situation that I needed help quickly and couldn't get in to my PCP.

Best urgent care clinic I've been to! Easy to schedule, or just walk in. They are honest about wait times and tell you exactly what to expect, or try to book you an appointment at another location if their wait time is too long for you. Doctors, nurses and all staff are friendly and professional.

Very disappointing. I was a walk in, and told me roughly an hour. They would text me. 2 hours later, they call to let me know they screwed up because they entered my phone number wrong. About 1 hr 45 min, I walked in to inquire. The desk lady simply said we’ll text you when it’s your time. ??♀️ did you not figure out that you had been calling me??

Really great experience at the North side location. The office staff were very kind and informative. The medical staff were warm and listened to my concerns, and even referred me to a specialist for a long-term problem that my primary care doctor had ignored. I would recommend making an appointment as the only issue I had was a long wait. But the lobby was clean and stocked with snack and drinks, so it was a pleasant wait.

The staff—all of them—were friendly and understanding of my situation. They did their best to take care of me in a timely, professional manner. I was seen by Dr. Nackers who provided a reasonable treatment plan with follow-up steps and a referral to a specialist. When I had trouble with my insurance covering the prescription, I went back to them for help. The staff talked to the pharmacy before calling me with an explanation of what was wrong and then gave me a new treatment plan. I appreciate how kind and thorough they were in helping me.

This facility is wonderful. Everyone I interacted with is a true medical professional! I made my appointment online which is so convenient. I waited less than 4-5 minutes. All procedures were done by extremely nice and professional folks. The turn around time for my imaging results came back fast. I received a call with my results within 90 minutes. Thank you to everyone that was involved with my visit. Best urgent care ever. Thank you.

This North Spokane Multicare Indigo Urgent Care is the absolute best in the business! The entire team from the front desk professionals, to the Medical Assitant, down to the Physician Assistance are all "Second to None." These folks truly care and ensure customer satisfaction. From offering the cleanest/sanitized environment to refreshments....every patient knows they are at the right place with the right team to get them back on their feet. Truly the best in the business!

I appreciated the clear communication that they were busy and my appointment, that i had made earlier in the day, would be late. Once I got in everything moved pretty quickly and the Dr was thorough with what i needed.I think I spent over an hour at the clinic. Considering my appointment was 'late' at a walk in clinic, I'd say that's pretty good!Thank you to the Staff.

Great experience at indigo urgent care. Made appt. Got there made some coffee, wait time was only like 5 min. Everyone was great with awesome happy attitudes. Dr. Came quick and listened to my needs.
