Literally the worse place to do your nails.i wish I could give no star at all. I got my nails done here the first time in 08/30/25. I was in a hurry so the lady did it so fast which I appreciated it. To be honest , whatever she did wasn’t what I wanted but I sucked it up because I was the one in a hurry. So I came back 2 weeks later and asked to do a fill in. I changed the shape & length of what I had. I also asked to add some pearls. This nails were for my wedding the upcoming Saturday. When I first entered the store, I had a feeling they were talking about me so I turned google translate on. Bruh they were literally talking about how they didn’t want to do my nails & me being black . They had already started my nails tho so I just sat there didn’t want to cause any drama. Lady said fill in will be $90 and the pearls will be $10. I asked if she could add some gold star she said $5 more. Total would be $105 . I thought this was so freaking expensive especially with the type of work they are doing . When I was done she charged me $115 talking about it went up. I didn’t want to argue with her so I just left. Mind you the first time she did my nails in less than a week one nail came out. She still charged the nail talking about repair is extra. Like lady I was just here a week ago, maybe you should try add more glue next time. Anyways my experience here was terrible. This lady literally splashed cuticle oil on my face. Talking about how “black people are always a problem” Just don’t go here my sister. They are RACIST AND NOT EXPERIENCED.

It was quick and basic. I don't know if the massage chairs work, I couldn't find the controls, but I didn't ask. The woman who did my pedicure was nice enough. My pedicure looks great! No nonsense. I feel like the place could have been cleaner. I couldn't be certain that the tools she used had been autoclaved. The trays on my chair looked stained and dirty.

4 days after an $85 fill I have a total of 5 nails left they are popping off! One staff member is very rude tried to charge me same price as my full set of nails that were done a week and a half earlier, the set had a nail pop off after 6 days I had to glue it down. Went back for a fill to give them a second chance. Unless you are passive and getting a mani or pedi don’t waste your money you can go to the north side or valley and get nails that will last with out the attitude. Same quality $40 bucks cheaper. I always tip and still did won’t be going back they don’t mind though she will gladly tell you half way through your set to go somewhere else. After she decides the price. Mediocre nails for high end prices. One of my nails is bumpy and she just left it as well as when I asked her to fix my my thumb nail for an $85 dollar nail fill my nail should not be thin on the tip and bumpy in the middle. Plus side lady who paints the tips on does a nice job and pays attention to detail she tried to fix the mess up at least. I tried to add the pictures doesn’t even look like I had a fill done!

The water was very hot and didn't ask about temp. Toes were painted very fast and not covering the whole nail. My friend and I went and we were in and out in 15 minutes. And I got the scrub and lotion and that was poorly done. Want your toes done quick and don't have expectations or don't care to show off toes, go for it. Ultimately, I could of had my toddle do the services we received. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Not only did they rush through my nails I haven’t even hit one week and they’re already popping off. They rushed through everything. So 200 down the drain!!!!

Came in with a gift certificate, $80 for my nails. I gave a $20 tip. I left unsatisfied with my nails. I wanted something like the picture & got this. No color & just a white tip. Very unsatisfactory & seemed very rushed.
Update: They have offered to fix my nails for free. Will update once I get that done.

Selene is 10/10. She gave me exactly what I asked for with my limited nail knowledge. I’m not usually an appointment maker, as I usually go wherever and work with whoever and deal with the disappointment, but I’ll be booking Selene from now on!

They had availability for a walk-in appt 50 min before closing so for that I am grateful. I got a gel manicure and they were very quick (took about 20 min). Only downside is I felt like it was a bit overpriced at $40 (plus tip).
