My daughter wanted to switch insurance companies because her rates were so high. Has had ins. for 10 years, never in an accident, no tickets. Nationwide said she doesn't qualify. No reason why but....Nice people. Not a good company at all.

This is the worse company I have ever had Insurance with, and they say "Nation wide is on your side". My daughter was in a car accident (she was not at fault) and my Insurance won't even help fix her truck. The autobody shop said that it's absolutely fixable.We went through the other person's insurance (Progressive) first and weren't happy with what they were offering so we thought Nationwide would be on our side and fight for us. Instead they offered much less than the Progressive. All my daughter wanted was to get her truck fixed, her truck has custom paint and added accessories that she won't be able to get with another truck, which is why we fought even harder to get it fixed. Nationwide won't let us fix it even though the cost to fix isn't as much as the value of the truck. They are offering us $3,000 less than Progressive to total it. Then they're going to turn around and sell it for way more than they would have given us! They offerred us 8k to total it and the truck us well worth 15k. The autobody shop estimated 10k to fix. Not to mention, prior to this accident, this truck was in great condition. Their customer service was also terrible. They didn't contact us for over 2 weeks, even after we called almost every day and left plenty of emails. We are fed up with this company, with all of the money I pay to Nationwide, the least they could do is help with this issue.she also just bought this Truck and will now not be able to purchase another Truck for the $8000 that they are trying to give us! I will definitely be taking my business somewhere else!

Let's just say they are not on your side. My mom had nationwide was in a wreck, someone ran a stop sign, t-boned my mom with me, my dad and brother. Dave Naylor was her agent through this whole process but it really wouldn't have mattered because he was not helpful to say the least. The other guys insurance agent was so helpful and caring towards us.He helped get it all squared up and done when Dave Naylor was dragging his feet being not helpful to us. If it wouldn't have been for Chad I don't know if this would be settled yet. Thank you Chad and choice words for Dave Naylor.

After my father had his garage broken into and many of his things were stolen he contacted Nationwide. Immediately the claim was started by Jennifer Rivera. Its such a violation when your personal property is taken and it leaves you feeling overwhelmed. Jennifer was above and beyond professional and helpful in every way. Within a few days she had us all feeling a sigh of relief. Each correspondence with Jennifer was warm and gracious. I never felt like I was dealing with a big corporation but instead like Nationwide was an extension of our family. They offer more than protection, they offer peace of mind. Thanks Nationwide and bravo Jenifer Rivera!
