I'm so thankful we found the Native Project. We've used their medical clinic, behavioral health counseling, dentist, and now even the pharmacy. Everyone is very empathetic and helpful. They've always been flexible and accommodating with scheduling and they've been very good with communication. I feel like my sons are valued as individuals there.

So just walked out of the native Project my friend and I trying to get a walk in appointment as well as trying to I’m establish primary care at the native Project, we walk in and are treated as if we’re criminals right off the back and told to fill out one identification sticker and then we go up to the counter and I basically told to go sit down. Then by the time we get called up to the counter, incomes another patient who is bawling her eyes out is an elderly patient freaking out did not ask if she was OK if she needed anything and it was asked to wait in the waiting room. My friend was asked to come to the back to fill out enrollment or some kind of paperwork went back to the back was gone for about three minutes came back out nonchalantly and thenA couple minutes later another woman comes out from the back office and tells my friend that he’s refusing to leave that he’s been asked to leave right and my friend is like what is so confused. This was the most awkward uncomfortable and confusing experience I’ve ever had at a clinic, my friend is so confused as to what had just happened in there and suggest that cameras should be installed in the back offices for patient and employees safety for he feels he could have been severely hurt for no reason, or made to look as if he did something he did not do or as if he was lying.

I love my Dr. So much he actually cares about what is going on in my life and I feel like I can tell him anything and he never judges me or never is mean to me, he is really a great Dr. And I'm lucky to have him as my PCP. Dr.Tanner is the best

I love this clinic. It's more than that to me. They're great to have as an advocate for almost everything. I wish I knew the name of the guy who always welcomes you at the door, he's so awesome. Jamie Lynn and Isabel are amazing at the front desk. Any question you have, they will know how to help. I love the pharmacy they have! Always so helpful if you're wondering about your medication. Kendra Darnell and her team are by far my absolute favorites!!! Kendra has really done more than just be my primary doctor. She's truly my advocate when it comes to almost everything involving medical, behavioral and of course my physical health. I couldn't ask for better. She has really helped me love taking care of myself. Any question, day or night, I know she will find an answer for me. I really do recommend Native Project for anyone who is looking for an all around Healthcare team to have on your side. They are the true A Team when it comes to Healthcare. Can't forget, if you are struggling with your insurance they can help with that. The lady who helps with insurance is a wizard! Super sweet and knowledgeable. Their dental team is top notch!! They had to do an extraction and I was so prepared for how bad the last one I had at CHAS downtown that when the guy(I'm sorry for forgetting his name) at Native Project finished I was so surprised!! No pain, nothing like the last extraction I had. Native Project is the place to be.

I've been at this clinic for over four years now and have really grown to trust my doctor. The Native Project has a broad range of services from healthcare to housing resources. Dr. Tanner is great, as well as the pharmacy staff. The referral coordinator is amazing at placing referrals and making sure you're sent somewhere where your insurance is accepted. Overall, the Native Project is a pretty amazing clinic.

Your Google maps says your open at 8 am but your phone line aren't open til 8:30 am. Either change the time on your website to 8:30 so I am not calling at 8 to speak to someone!

The website that says they open at eight and when you call them you don’t get anybody and the operator says they don’t open till 830 so why don’t you people fix that

They have a really good dental also they have very good diabetic clinic and my doctor is very kind very thorough she's all about the patient's needs I like that plus the gals up front are very kind and always there to help. Wouldn't change my doctor'sThank You Native Project
