These crooks took almost 10k for a car they keep messing up breaking stuff on and to miss my car had a dead cylinder and bad top end job that lead to my car having over heating problems and oil leaks they where supposed ot check my motor out saidbit was good still but had nothing but problems with the car after they touched it melted some wires do to shitty work half asses a bunch of stuff then said it was a great runner not to mention the first time I go there they put the wrong fluid in my transfer case almost blew that up then the melted wires I will never go here again they are crooks and ripped me off for over 6k in 3 trips to them and a different shop found the problems first try so they are trash and dishonest or lasy but either way I will never use them again

They're open in their new place, man I missed them! So excited to see them really busy already (and selfishly dismayed as well), so thorough and trustworthy. They've kept our 20-year old cars on the road, and been honest when the car just wasn't worth it anymore.

About a year ago my car started having problems the day before I needed to go on a long car trip. Nef's looked at my car even though I dropped in right before closing and fixed the problem! I can't thank them enough, they were so kind and really helped me when I was in a bind. 100% recommend, I trust these people.

We own a 2007 Ford Taurus with about 260K miles on it. While 135 miles from home in Spokane, Washington our original factory radiator gave up the ghost. It was early in the morning and we had tried a couple of shops which all replied, "We don't mess with radiators." My wife said try this one. So I pulled into Nef's Auto Repair. A small shop off of Division in Spokane. Expecting one of two outcomes... either their too busy or they'll do it at an outrageously inflated price. Boy was I wrong. Nef's went right to work on it after quoting a very fair price. They did MAGNIFICENT work and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Nef and his team have always done such an outstanding job on any service or questions that I have about my car. They are honest. I will tell you why....a friend at work recommended this place because I thought my engine blew and he told me they would fix it and not add on other problems. He said they're honest
Not really believing him I took it in it was worth a shot. I told them that the engine was blown and they could have had their way with the car. It turned out there was only a misfire and they thought it would be good to fix the valve cover gasket that is leaking all over the serpentine belt.
But anyways they are honest so it you are looking for a place to work on your cars I would try Nefs. I will come back for any repairs

Love this place…I had 3 issues with my car n the other places I got quotes from were $100+ more than Nef’s. I’ve told all my family how great of work they do, I would totally recommend going to Nef’s.

Nef’s has been repairing and servicing our family vehicles for a few years now and we have always received excellent service. Nef’s recently repaired my husband’s vehicle that had multiple issues. We received an email with a detailed estimate and a video so we could see the issue ourselves. They presented options for us to consider before the work was done. They stayed in touch via text notifying us of the progress. They really went above and beyond initially by offering to come pickup his car. They got it running and drove it to the shop while we were at work.
This kept us from having the expense of getting it towed to their shop. Nef’s thank you, we appreciate your team!
