Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.
Job came in under budget, towing company (wish I could remember who they are) were fantastic, and Nefs treated us like a long time customer.

Nef’s has been my go-to since I’ve been in Spokane. They have been so great, breaking all maintenance and services down in a way that someone unfamiliar with cars would understand. They are reliable and have been able to get me in quickly whenever I call.

Brought in my car for a loud rattling near the back, thinking it was simply the exhaust or heat shield. Not even half an hour later, they diagnosed the problem, showed me pictures, and recommended me to another shop to have it replaced. Super quick, easy to understand, and also filled up my tires (I’m horrible about that so thank you)! Very happy with the service I got and would definitely go there again for car troubles!

My husband and I were running a little late to pick up his car and Nef's was willing to stay open longer so we could pick up the car. Friendly service and very knowledgeable about several different auto issues.

I'll be recommending this shop to family and friends. Very honest and reasonable.
Had my truck worked on by a nearby dealership and had a bad experience. Came out worse than when I dropped it off.
Neffs did a fantastic job getting it fixed.
We're repeat customers going forward.

They replaced my radiator in a day despite me accidentally bringing the car a day before my scheduled appointment (apologies again).
Also, they troubleshot my alternator that an autoparts store told me I needed replaced. Nef’s Auto confirmed my alternator was fine which was done free of charge.
Trustworthy. Warrantied work. Reasonable pricing.

These crooks took almost 10k for a car they keep messing up breaking stuff on and to miss my car had a dead cylinder and bad top end job that lead to my car having over heating problems and oil leaks they where supposed ot check my motor out saidbit was good still but had nothing but problems with the car after they touched it melted some wires do to shitty work half asses a bunch of stuff then said it was a great runner not to mention the first time I go there they put the wrong fluid in my transfer case almost blew that up then the melted wires I will never go here again they are crooks and ripped me off for over 6k in 3 trips to them and a different shop found the problems first try so they are trash and dishonest or lasy but either way I will never use them again

They're open in their new place, man I missed them! So excited to see them really busy already (and selfishly dismayed as well), so thorough and trustworthy. They've kept our 20-year old cars on the road, and been honest when the car just wasn't worth it anymore.
