I went in today 12/23/2023, and the young man working the check out with a brown sweatshirt and glasses was very friendly and helpful!! I was in and out, and had a great experience!! Give him a raise, I wish I got his name. :(

Team members Jake and Melissa were so friendly and helpful! We needed help with measuring kids' feet and finding the perfect fit at the right price for two growing boys - ended up with some adult shows too! Thank you for being patient and enthusiastic about your jobs!

Short: Went in for shoes, came out with affordable shoes!I came to this store to find running/gym shoes and Dre helped me out quickly and effectively. He knew the inventory by heart and helped show me how to look in the app for alternative options. The location didn't have exactly the color I wanted, but I prioritized "now" over perfect color.They have other sportswear and I was hopeful to find a good pair of leggings or yoga pants in my size and fit. Sadly, I didn't. But honestly I was more impressed to see the volume and variety of shoes they had considering I was coming in for shoes. Would dock half a point on limited apparel but seeing as I walked out with what I walked in for, rounding to full stars.

Staff was helpful even though the store was busy. My wife and I both found the shoes we wanted thanks to a very helpful associate. If you want nikes, I'd recommend this location.

On the day that I went the AC must have went out because it was pretty hot in there. Other than that it was great. Their clothes are always nice and I got a very gorgeous colored Hoodie that my gf stole the next day. They also had a small gift bag that day for those who did a review.

Went to the Nike Factory store in downtown Spokane. The 2 young MEN that assisted me were amazing. They both went above and beyond to make my fist experience at this nike factory store 1st class.Thank you to Dre and Gabe C. You are both top notch, quality employees that display a genuine, cheerful and helpful attitude towards your customers. I will be back today to buy another pair.

Even though it's not an outlet store it reminds me of the outlet store because it's all the generic stuff they have there. I miss the 90s when you can walk into a store and buy Jordans whenever you wanted and buy quality clothes.
