Just picked up my C-Pap from Norco Medical. Susan Harris was awesome to work with. She was very thorough and helpful when it came to showing me how to use and care for the machine. Would definately recomend her and Norco Medical.

Susan Harris is amazing. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable when I was feeling very anxious and stressed about having to use a cpap. She explained everything until I was comfortable and have had no issue with my machine or maintenance thanks to her and her help.

At first great company friendly fast reliable. Driver said any issues call. Needed new nebulizer still waiting two years later. Needed new concentrator they came an replaced is then needed hoses as mine had holes and wher old they mailed them nit helpfully. Bee. In hospital few times since ce . Oxygen level whet up. Waited two days for new machine for driver to argue about what one I was supost to get then get mad because he had to go back and get right one. Had filler issues since have been calling and waiting for replacement ad I can't leave my Giuseppe mote then half hour driver called wanted me to bring in filler for replacement I'm an hour away. Then they said they may b able to bring g one out I waited three days called back for no one to have records they qher supost to be out. Now I wait to see if I'm driving an hour to replace machine with no oxygen or if they will show up bfor my Dr appointment I have been putting off because of oxygenI'm in stage 4 copd this is not ok for any patient to go threw

Susan helped make sure my experience for getting a CPap was smooth and informative. She made sure I was set up for success. First night in and had the best sleep in years. I’m so thankful for knowledge and her help.

Very hard to do business here. Been trying to get a CPAP refill for a couple weeks and getting a live person on the phone takes forever. Called 3 different times and spent at least 90 minutes on hold each time. Used the request call back option and never got a call back.

I've been with a person who's been trying to get in contact with Norco for 3+ months for supplies. He has gotten voice-mail every time from the manager and got answered once which the manager was giving round about answers. The manager couldn't get ahold of the doctor he says when the manager didn't try and was making my friend get ahold of his doctor when there is a number on the paper. Fast forward to now amd Norco still hasn't gotten ahold of the doctor for the chart notes so my friend has to pay out of pocket to get his supplies because his insurance ran out. As someone in customer service this is horrible.

There's a lot to unpack here so hang in there... I called 3 separate times over 3 months and got the managers voicmail with no response...One of the times they actually answered I found out they didn't have a way to communicate with my Dr eventhough the phone number is in Google.So it became my responsibility to call and give my Dr Norco's information to reach out.This was after 2 months and zero contact I find this outNext, a month later I find out they still can't get ahold of my Dr again but it's for a different reason and they won't call my Dr to figure out but they emailed me to deal with it myself.Oh yeah now I don't have insurance to deal with this and my supplies are way outdated so i have to figure out how to pay out of pocketthanks for your stellar customer service norco!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The ladies here are extremely helpful and very prompt with their service unlike apria down the street. I enjoy picking up wheelchairs and other supplies from here for the hospital. We get along extremely well and I always give them a hard time but I think they enjoy that it’s of course always in good fun. Emma is my favorite. She’s efficient and fun to work with. I highly recommend this business
