Very rude service. Started closing doors on customers already inside without giving a warning on the speakers. We had to go floor to floor trying to find a way out while employees just watched.

Caleb in menswear was incredibly helpful. Even though he was balancing multiple customers, he got me fitted and helped me pick out jacket, pants, and tie. He was attentive, made informed recommendations, and presented me with multiple options that made sure I got what I wanted. I felt valued as a customer and will be returning to Nordstrom in the future because of the great service I received.

My luggage was stolen at TSA checkpoint. I lost EVERYTHING. My brother took me to Nordstrom and told them my story. The salespeople gave me free gifts and toiletries. I cried. Customer for life

The Nordstrom staff at the 3rd floor restaurant (Nordstrom cafe) were fantastic. We came twice during our vacation and they were consistently great!
