My unit was robbed. They still claim they've never been robbed in 40 years. The website says they close at 6 but that's just the office. And it says their closed on Sunday and Monday. Again, that's the office. The gate hour's need to be posted

????? 5-Star Customer Service at Northside Mini Self-Storage!They, unfortunately, didn’t have any available units when we called, but they were still happy to explain all of the sizes they offer and the accompanying prices. Then, when it was determined that they would not have anything coming available within the timeframe to meet our needs, the gentleman who answered the phone took the time to suggest other nearby storage facilities that might have some immediate availability.You can’t beat that kind of customer service! Most places would never refer you to their competitors and they’d rather leave you to figure it out on your own once they’ve realized that they can’t make a buck off of you.Just the fact that this gentleman took the time to put the customer’s needs first, as he referred us to some other options, even though he stood to gain nothing by doing so, and in fact, quite the opposite, he stood to lose business, shows the level of integrity and care with which they treat their customers.He earned our FUTURE business with this simple gesture and they’ll be the first storage facility that we’ll call the next time we need a storage locker!WAY TO GO Northside Mini Storage!

I recently rented a unit through this company and Im super happy I choose to go with this company, they are super friendly, and affordable, I was able to get a 10×10 and it's only costing me $90 a month, I believe they have some of the lowest prices around, and the sweetest older gentleman works there he is so friendly and helpful and a smile that you could never forget.
