I bank at 5 Mile Numerica and have for several years. I am a Senior citizen. Everyone is always so kind to me & also so professional and always help me with my banking needs. I have never experienced an unpleasant visit to this Numerica.

Policy is made up as they goThey have 16hrs to fix the mess they've created for me or they will have caused me to lose $13,500 BY REFUSING TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER when asked why they stated they were not comfortable doing it cuz they thought it was fraud then back pedal saying it is policy. Which is absolutely incorrect.I've already paid 10,500 non refundable deposit & over $3k for my dog to be transportedI have everything lined up & they are going to make me not get my dog& Cost me a substantial amount of moneyI've requested to see the policy & they have yet to come up with itRecently I also lost access to my account every atm in city said it wouldn't allow transaction (opened my account gave balance but wouldn't allow deposit or withdrawalIt was weekend so I was left without access to cashWhen I called they said there were no restrictions on my account & account had adequate fundsWhen I came in mondY they said nothing was wrong with it & to try again , magically it was working again. Said it was prolly atm but I tried several through out city & not just numerica, they all gave same error codeGiven these two issues I would not recommend trusting numerica with your money

There is no way to call a branch directly, you must go through their automated phone line which will never put you through to a person. I have to drive about two hours to ask a general question. This is poor customer service

Beware if you are a member. Beware if you are a buyer. I bought a car from a member of Numerica. We did the transaction in a Numerica office. Numerica never sent me the title like they promised. Now, they expect the member who sold me the car to take time off work and to call a babysitter so she can spend hours in a license office to straighten out the mess. Take your money elsewhere than Numerica!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Outside of telling a long story here we were profiled due to my fiancé’s race and told that she’s a risk so they would be canceling our CC during covid, the same credit card that never had a payment late but one and that was my fault not paying attention. Was 4 days late. Lol. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, even a loan shark would be more appealing

I usually come in 1x a month to cash a check. I do not have an account here. Normally my interactions with staff are awesome and smooth. However, not today. When I approached the teller, I told him that I needed to cash a check, I did not have an account with Numerica, but the check was drawn from a Numerica account...he then proceeded to search for my account for 10 minutes. I asked what was taking so long, and he then informed me that he couldn't find my account...and asked if I wanted to open an account...I then tried to calmly repeat what I told him when I first approached him and he started getting defensive. I was annoyed that he didn't listen the first time and more annoyed that he was getting defensive about not listening...during all this, I am trying really hard not to pass out in the lobby due to blood pressure diving when I stand too long...then he was having issues feeding the check through the reader, so he had to manually put in the number...all the while I'm about the color of his white shirt...I really don't want to pass out anywhere, especially in the middle of a lobby...they call EMS and it's a huge ordeal and very traumatic to wake up to a group of strange people surrounding you....I managed to get out without incident, however, when I explained to the teller why I was being the way I was...he got a stupid grin on his face and told me to have a nice day...So, young man, if you get a copy of this, I hope you never have anything like this happening to you when you get older. In the meantime, take a course on effective listening skills in customer service and don't be afraid to ask someone more experienced to help you...

If anything, today I have learned that I will never have an account or do banking with Numerica CU. They (specifically this branch) are a pain in the rear, has wasted my time and didn’t own the responsibility of lack in communication by throwing a customer under the bus. Fortunately, I am the one planning to sell the vehicle private party, and don’t have to be a customer with them. I truly feel for my buyer who has done everything right. You’d think as a bank, they’d know how to handle the transaction, especially if the customer was approved online, nope. They have an opaque process that is time consuming and they’d rather just waste your time. So, in summary, if you want your time wasted, and don’t mind being treated with disrespect or as if you’re the incompetent one, please, go to this branch. Otherwise, steer clear as I plan to after this transaction!

Numerica! Help a girl out! I’ve been a member for three months and have already had about a dozen attempts to make a deposit at this ATM not go through (both cash and checks)! The tellers inside are always super friendly and apologetic about the ATM not working, but this needs to be fixed. Standing in a line out the door to make a deposit is quite annoying when it would normally take 2 seconds at the ATM. Can you please take a look at this???

I would not recommend this bank at all. At first this bank was great but as time passed it got progressing worse and I can not get service worth anything no matter how much I try. I have to do everything via online/mobile and cant always go in person due to my hours. I for days have been trying to make a payment on one of my cc which is always before the statement goes out to keep a good cc score and reports/utilization and I always pay via external from another bank and in the past only had a few issues which I was never helped with before but now with the new banking and I cant get help at all no matter what I try who I can talk or what I do. I've been hung up on several times, transferred and waited over 2 full hours and even via chat online people will just disappear and no responses not a single person can help me even trying to pay by phone was impossible. Now due to not being able to get help I now have to face issues once again due to Numerica's Issues with no help. CC scores is not something to mess with especially with those who have excellent score and are serious with their payment. I plan to remove all my accounts and loans and go to a bank who can actually help me when I need and not hurdle and waste my time. Worse timing to when you are about to buy a new home and had hopes with a bank you do business with.

I've been with Numerica a little over a year after with my husband and they have always been beyond helpful. Lupe was wonderful when she was at the Francis branch, and we continued using her even when we (and she!) moved to the valley. More recently, my debit card was hacked and Bronte was SO lovely and helpful! ❤
