I am in horrible divorce where husband went and drained our joint account. Then I was called and told cashiers checks were printed wrong so no good. I told them situation and was told money would be put in SAFE account until we got lawyers. Well it WAS NOT PUT IN A SAFE ACCOUNT And husband was able to get it again!! As I have sole custody of 4 kids to take care of this is just ridiculous!! Nobody from numerica knows what happened or even get back to me about it!!! Totally disgusted- don't bank here

NEVER get a personal, auto or home loan through them. Unless you want the process to take 4 months that is! We went through the process of getting a HELOC, got approved right away (our credit is very good by the way) and then week after week the loan was never funded and we waited months. No one contacted us, or returned our calls when we inquired about what was taking so long. Terrible customer service on the lending side of this credit union.

By far the worst branch I have been in. They are on their own time and beyond slow much slower that a Walmart checker. I actually dislike Numerica all around they are always unprofessional or very Bitchy but they have my car loan.

Everytime I need to actually go to the bank the employees here are always friendly helpful and professional. I tell everyone I know they really should consider joining this credit union say goodbye to the less than personal bigger banks. It is a difference you'll notice and appreciate

I've been with Numerica for probably 15 years. They are my main bank, nearly all of my accounts are here, including for both of my businesses. I always get excellent service with a smile, everyone at my main branch (5-mile) knows me by name and exactly how I want things done (I'm very particular about how my banking is done). I've made mistakes, gotten overdrafted and usually they offer to remove the fees. All of their checking and saving accounts are free so the only fee you ever have to worry about is overdrafting. There might be ATM fees if you use another company's ATM, but I've never done that so I don't know. The only thing I don't have here is a mortgage because they don't have the specific terms or rates I'm looking for. But my HELOC is here and it is phenomenal. Excellent rate, high LTV. Try Numerica. You'll never look back!

As a local real estate agent, I have done 2 recent transactions with Numerica and both were the worst communication from a lender and the slowest processing times I have dealt with of any local lender. Both transactions closed late... one was more than a month past its closing date at no fault of the borrower. The lender Mark Quillin was hostile and defensive and said he "didn't have time" to communicate with me as the borrower's agent. I highly recommend any borrower seek a different institution. Most any lender can match their rates and you are bound to get better service!

How can a financial institution think it's ok to block a members card with the only access to one's funds! After standing in line in grocery store to get food for my family, Numerica thinks it's ok to randomly block my card despite there being no hint of fraud. The fraud is blocking cards without notifying members! This should be a crime during times like this! Then... all your customer support couldn't answer my questions or provide an explanation why it was blocked, nor why I wasn't notified.

Worst customer service,they make you talk to several people because "they aren't the ones that can help you" they promise a call back ever single time. I've been waiting from a call back from Adrian Espinosa since december it is now february mind you. Cristina is just the worst, talk in circles never giving an explanation or at least a solution to anything she has promised multiple call backs and she never does .I always have to call back and she is amazingly always busy when I ask to get from some one else. The answer is " I'm not the one that can help" simply the worst . PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

I have been trying to recover from a divorce and have struggled to even live paycheck to paycheck. I had a garnishment come through the bank and only had 9 dollars to my name, they took that 9 dollars and added the rest of the 75 dollar garnishment fee they take. So my account went (65.00) negative and when i asked if they can just keep doing this they said yes. So they can keep trying to charge an account they know has no money, and they said yes they can keep doing it putting me further in the hole. This is deceptive and unethical on the part of Numerica. They have some "Creative" accounting practices that will ensure you stay poor and living paycheck to paycheck if you even can. I will try the news station or a lawyer to find out why this can happen to us poor folks so easily and then they act like its no big deal.

I have always had a lot of luck with Numerica and my experience today at the south hill branch was no exception. I went in and met with Shalise about an issue I was having with my account and she was so kind and helpful. This trip in was quick and easy and I left very relieved and grateful. I would recommend Numerica and this this branch in particular to anyone!
