Wonderful staff and very helpful in finding just what you need. The store is clean and well organized. Fairly empty most of the time, which helps with getting around easier. Kept well stocked.

The service was excellent. I received help placing an order for business cards and it turned out beautiful. The cost was very minimal compared to any online or store order. I would highly recommend this store.

I am very thankful that you were the only store which carried transparancy films for my use. However, when I walked in during a Saturday afternoon, I only saw 3 CSR on the floor. It took 5 minutes of looking before one CSR saw me and took me where to look for what I needed.

Requesting something out of the norm is normally treated as a problem. Not the case with Curtis. He cares enough to listen and deliver. Made my day. He doesn't remember me but everytime I have been in asking for something to be digitally done, he makes it happen. That proves to me he treats all customers the same way. Excellent customer service.

Okay, so this spot saved me! I had to print a complicated job on a short timeline.Max, Samantha, and Roderick all helped me get it done in time for my early morning meeting. It was a team effort and I was so grateful. I hope other small businesses will frequent this location. They're fast, effective, and courteous. Everything you could hope for and more, especially under stress.Thank you team!

The staff at this location is the best! They have helped me with my technology, with copies/printing, creating cards and posters. You name it! Always helpful, and many of the staff have been here for years. They are kind and knowledgeable.

I have never felt so offended in my life! I will never go to this store, and I will continue to rant and rave about the horrible experience I had! I went in for a certain pen. When I realized they didn't have them, I put down what I had in my hand. Considering that I would have to go to another store anyway. This big large man literally put his hands on me and accused me of stealing. Funny thing is he had the audacity to try to make me give him my purse. I was terrified that he would hurt me. He screamed at me! humiliated me!Never go here! Staples is right down the street with s better selection and they won't hurt you!
