Great deals and lots of different styles in different sizes. Associates are very nice and the atmosphere is fun. Fitting rooms and the store are very clean.

I picked up an online in-store pickup order and tried the pants on when I got home. I felt something scratching the inside of the leg. It was a large, dried, human feces. Touching my bare legs. It's obvious someone had an accident in the pants. I don't know how no one could have noticed in the store when they put them back and then when they bagged them up for me. There are marks that make it clear there was more than went down and out of the bottom of the pant leg.I am so disgusted. I called the store immediately and the cashier that answered said sorry let me transfer you. The next gal didn't know why I called and thought she was doing a size check. I told her, got a quick "sorry" and offer to pull another pair for me to come back and pick up. I am shocked it wasn't escalated to a manager or treated like the biohazard that it is. Super disappointed. I know things happen and obviously another customer was extremely rude by leaving their mess, but there's just not enough showers to recover and the way they handled it felt like I was a burden.

The manager on duty sniffed my pants and held them up three different times saying they looked old and worn when I LITERALLY wore them ONCE to try them on. Went from lifelong customer to wasting money on overpriced alternatives. Customer service is dead.
