I picked up my western style purse today. It was done right on time. The owner was polite. It took over two weeks though to have the work completed. He wanted to be paid the full price ahead of time. A deposit, I thought, would have been sufficient. He did a good job putting in a new zipper.

Gave an honest answer as to why the zipper couldn't be fixed and if the manufacturer could get me a replacement he could sew it in.

Only here for a few days in Spokane and my favourite boots broke. These guys got me fixed up and good to go in no time AND with a fantastic price. I would drive or fly hours for One Stop just to have my footware needs exceeded. 10/10 Would recommend, can't be overstated.
