Decency is HERE at O'Reilly on 29th. Josh is absolutely top-notch! I purchased a battery last year and it died so I brought it in under warranty. There was confusion with the right battery, which I think could have turned into a big ordeal but Josh simply stepped in and calmly made everything proper. I left a bit confused because you just don't come across such a quick solution with satisfactory results in almost any industry anymore. Very refreshing to be a part of and of course I'm locked in with these fine people!

I like the store and have had good experiences with the employees, but there is an aggressive customer who hangs around the store and parking lot harassing others. Get the stinky old man out of there

They won’t call and tell you when your order part gets to the store. The attitude isn’t my favorite at all. So lack of customer service is great…
How the heck are your customers supposed to know when their part gets in when your guys are too lazy to call and let the customer know. Then give the bullshit reason of we only call on special orders. I am now going to return the part when I go to pick it up and order the part from somewhere else. I will go through the extra work because of their lack of good customer service.

Macie is unbelievably rude, unhelpful, and condescending. Working retail/customer service can be tough, I get it. But her behaviors towards customers is unacceptable and unwarranted.

We took my daughter's car in tonite and asked them to test it to see if her battery was bad because the car was having issues starting, Danielle tested it and the battery was bad, not only did he test it, he came out and put it in for us, and it was not easy with a stripped bolt but he was amazing and he did a great job. Thank you. I would recommend them and go back!!
