I went to the Francis location, and Jared helped me figure out an adapter I needed for some refrigerant gauges, he used some thread gauges at the store and the part I brought in to figure out exactly what fitting I needed, and they had it on the shelf. This associate went out of his way and figured out a solution right there in the store, I was installing a mini split in a house so none of the whole sale houses where open, Jared can problem solve and think on his feet, he really saved the day.

Assistant Manager John extremely rude and very disrespectful to Veterans!! Will never again purchase anything from that store! Tell me to try a product and when doesn’t work tells me sorry it is used not his fault doesn’t work! What!!! If you knew it would not work why sell it or if you knew you would not return if it was used don’t tell someone to try it!! Horrible service!! Horrible individual!!

I went to get a replacement battery for my car, which is the newest one I've ever had. The connections were different from what I was used to from my old car, but Eric was amazing. He helped me figure out the unfamiliar connections and even cleaned up some nasty corrosion on the negative lead, which was beyond the standard free courtesy service. I felt like I should have gone to a shop for this, but Eric was so kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back! Sometimes Amazon might be cheaper, but the service like this totally makes up for it.

I have been getting my car parts and other merchandise here for 3 years now! The folks there are exceptionally nice and very helpful. They always have what I need and if they don't they direct me to where I can get my stuff, if they have to order it , they always have it the next day or sooner.

This happened last summer but Google asked me to give a review and I've been meaning to for a while. I ordered items for pickup in store. I got there and had to wait a while as there was only one cashier and long line, I try not to judge how the tills work so maybe he was the only one there who could operate it at that time. When I got to the front, they grabbed my items and brought them to me. He did insult me a bit by asking me if I ordered the right part for my car or if I misspicked the oil filter and then asked what type of car I drove. I told him i know what I picked and was confident (was it a woman thing? I do change my own filter and oil and have for a while). Since he asked what type of car I drove, I decided to ask a question about another issue I was having and if he had heard of it from either personal experience or from other patrons. I started my question and he finished it, letting on that he WAS familiar with the issue, so I asked him what it was. Now, this is where he could have gotten a sale. I was willing to buy what I needed to fix this annoying issue. His answer? "I dunno" and then he chuckled. I immediately left without another word and have not-and will not- return.
