I love shopping on Pacific Coast Cruisers online store. You choose what kind of bike you have and it takes you to that specific store. No need to worry if the part is going to fit because they only display the parts for your bike. It's easy shopping, great customer service and easy check out. Everything that I have ordered came quickly and in perfect condition. What more can you ask for from a store. Thank you P.C.C. I will be shopping here before anywhere else for my bike needs.

Buyers beware very dishonest company one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with.I Purchased, a pair of handlebars from the website I was not sure that the item purchased would fit the bike. So I decided within an hour and called the customer service department. Upon speaking with customer service Greg, it was confirmed that I had purchased the right part.I waited seven days to receive the handlebars. I put the handlebars on the bike inside the clamps, and they clearly did not fit. I immediately call the company. Spoke with Greg again and he said that it was the part ordered would not fit my motorcycle.? I was very specific with the bike model & year during our first conversation on the initial first order. The service department gave me the right part number, and said to return directions are on the website. I gave trusted this Company I and just figured that he made a mistake on the initial order ,so I mediately ordered the correct part number for my bike. I called back once again after reading the directions from their website stating that I needed preapproval return the bars but did not fit. Keep in mind. I had already paid for two sets of bars the first set of bars that did not fit. I was given the wrong information for and I had paid for the brand new bars.I immediately called the service department, and the individual says leave me a note attached with the name attention. I followed the directions that were given to me. I called them in seven days, and I’m told that they received my return, and that a refund will be issued back to me.Four days past since this conversation, I called him again and asked him when can I receive my refund. I spoke to an individual that tells me that I damaged the return parts ?? Four days prior to me confirming that they had received it. I was told that it was OK and I would receive a refund.I spoke with customer service and was informed that I would not receive a refund and that my only option would be for me to pay for shipping again to receive a part that I did not damage ….at my expense again! This individual also went on to say that the person that I have been dealing with was no longer working for the company during this whole process!Their customer service representative had given me the wrong part …… approved my return…. and approved my refund upon his inspection of the return part.I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was very agitated and angry, stating that I had damage the return item the owner was not willing to work with me at all, considering the circumstances. I had to eat the entire purchase of the returned item, and I also bought another set of handlebars !!!!!! he offered no solution other than it was my fault you’ve got to be kidding me from your business rating I should’ve known better because it appears that they perform half of everything wrong and very little right terrible in accurate customer service. they admitted to No wrong being done none of their part.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and received my order very quickly. ! But for some reason The part that I ordered would not fit proper. I called and talked to Cameron and he was able to get me a return label and issued me a refund! He is a great asset to the company. I have other items that I am looking to order in the future and they absolutely will get my business. Great customer service! Thanks again for your help and looking forward to ordering more stuff in the future.

Great guy. Mikuni 42mm, Ported Intake, and 14” Ape cables finally came in after a month. They woke this thing up! I recommend you get the dyna to correct the deleted TPS. Insane power coming from this bike now.

I ordered an intake for my Stryker and a few wrong screws were sent and a couple missing. They sent me one correct screw on the second try but still a couple missing. Haven’t received anything yet to correct this and no reply.

Warning, don't use Pacific Coast Star in Spokan, Washington for nothing. For diamond cut spokes and getting the hubs chromed the offer 6-8 week turnaround. It's bogus. I shipped the front and back wheels for my road star the first week of June 2022 after two months I contacted them and was given excuses. After three months I was still giving excuses after four months and five months I still got excuses and I started threatening with a lawsuit attorney general Better Business Bureau and websites. I was told I would get them shortly basically the first part of November 2022+ a little bit of a discount for my inconvenience. They were delivered right before Thanksgiving six months. They didn't even polish my wheels. Whatever they did in the heat treatment chemical bath to clean the hubs, basically somehow distorted them and I had to etch the inside of the wheel bearing sets in the hub for the bearings to stay in. The brand new bearings that came from Yamaha would fall out. Couldn't get my rotors on the front wheel. The crown was so heavy that I had to grind and fall out the inside of the rotor. The hub is warped. Also, my brand new rotors immediately went warped and any amount of pinging them to get them straight didn't work. I proceeded to file the chrome off of the hub and the lip. The rotor sits around in the front wheel and still could not get the rotors to warp. So I've added myself to the list of dissatisfied and pissed off. Customers don't use these people it's not worth the hassle and being without your motorcycle for six months. Hopefully the admin's don't find this inappropriate for this site but it is a fact don't use Pacific coast star, you will regret it. I had to give them one star to post this. Hopefully people see it and don't use these people. They will screw you. They also promised me a partial refund for my inconveniencing the time it took to do it, and I got nothing. if I could get my money back for my ass on the piece of shit wheels, I got, I would.

This review is long overdue since I bought from PCC about a year and a half ago. I bought for my 2007 Yamaha VStar 1100 Silverado an Inverted Slot Track Air Intake by Kuarykyn, a jet kit and a AIS removal kit recommended for this particular set up and finally a Cobra Exhaust. The order came in from 2 different warehouses but no deal breaker there. Once received I proceeded to install everything after doing some major research online and the end result was a motorcycle that was completely different in ride, engine smoothness, power and torque....you name it; it transformed my bike dramatically. The exhaust sound now goes with the bike and new acquired power. Incredibly enough and not sure why it did not affect fuel consumption. At least not something I can notice given the miles riding by the amount of gallons consumed. All in all, super happy with PCC, very good experience buying from them. Thanks.

Purchased a Patrick Racing Yamaha big bore kit from them and am very pleased. The turnaround time was a bit longer than anticipated but the cylinders got back to me a couple of weeks later. While the communication could have been a bit better, the overall experience was not disappointing. A+

I ordered parts for a Road Star over two months ago. The only way I can get someone to answer is on the order line and have been told that someone will contact me and should have already several times due to an issue fulfilling their end of the transaction. I called a week ago and let the company know that I want a refund for the parts that were never shipped. I called today to see what is going on with the money not being returned to me for the parts the company never sent me. Still waiting. Will be calling a lawyer to handle this in small claims court soon if it is not resolved. I absolutely do not recommend that anybody shop at this store. So far I am feeling like I got ripped off. Luckily I'm like a pit bull with a bone when I find a bad business problem like this so I will take the time to ensure I get my money back. As of now I feel like the company should be paying me interest to hold my monies.

I have ordered several items off PCC and Greg has always been very kind and helpful. I most recently ordered a potato chip seat with matching passenger seat for my V-Star 1100 Classic. It took a while to get the order done, about 4 months but Greg was always kind when providing me with updates. You do have to chase him around a bit but he does come through! Its a small company and provides products you cant find anywhere else. Thank you again, Greg!
